Well, I made it through that video. A lot of bullshit, especially where he says in the beginning he'll offer suggestions on how to "deal" with places like KF, but then goes on to say he doesn't really have any ideas beyond "speaking the truth."

I can't take this guy seriously for another reason beyond that and the many already mentioned. I spent time in broadcast news years ago, and I just kept thinking what would happen if the anchor read the news the way this guy does his video, by never once looking directly into the camera. They'd be fired in a week. He looks down through the whole thing, under the camera the whole time, which minimizes his impact. Yes, I know he's reading a script off the computer screen, but he could build a cheap-assed teleprompter for under ten dollars US. There's a bunch of YouTube videos on it. FFS, if you can't do that or learn how to look in the camera, just do a voiceover then.

Also, why do guys like this never wash their hair? I mean, seriously, I don't think I've ever seen one of these trans/"trans"/nonbinary/intersectional/whateverthefucks without greasy-assed hair. Wash your fucking hair, man. It's called hygiene. Look into it.

9,480 patreons

$20 tier = (15 per page x 30 pages) + 10 on last page = 460 patreons
$10 tier = (25 per page x 59 pages) + 13 on last page = 1,488 patreons
$2 or $5 tier = 9,480 - (1,488 + 460) = 7,532 patreons

460 x $20 = $9,200
1,488 x $10 = $14,880
7,532 x $2 = $15,064

TOTAL

$39,144 per month minimum
$469,728 per year minimum

This is assuming that no one donates $1 (minimum possible on patreon) and ignores patreon fees.

To think that patreons are paying an extra $10 per month just to have their name shown 30 seconds earlier in the credits and in a slightly bigger font size.

Patreon says the average amount per patreon is $12 which would be $113,760 per month and a staggering $1,365,120 per year.

I don't know if any of these "folk" are smart enough to come up with instituting newspeak like this on their own. These people follow trends, they don't create them. My guess is they want to come across as more personable while sneering down their noses at everyone.
