I was thinking about the 2kcatscam when he argued that nobody guessed the secret because he already had Jasper - people who said that he was getting a cat were wrong because he already had the cat. Perhaps he's saying everyone is wrong because the khando has already been forclosed on and us braindead detractors keep spreading false information about an up-and-coming foreclosure. The lawsuit was filed on November 21, 2019. A foreclosure lawsuit doesn't finish within 32 days.

At this point his ego and attention whoring would not let him go dark. He threatened to cut back livestreams to 1-2x/week in a shameless ploy for attention due to low attendance on recent streams when he was still on YT in late 2016 (i.e. when Paymetons + VOD were his main revenue sources). That lasted half a week before he came back and pretended nothing had happened. If he did get a real job, he'd probably still stream most nights like he did at the helicopter plant, just with rants about his idiot boss + coworkers mixed into the usual whining.

You're assuming he could get something above entry-level retail. He hasn't done anything in accounting/finance since the helicopter plant fired him 9-plus years ago so that's out, his graphic design skills are practically none, and the whole streaming/MCN/Internet media field is going to be spoiled for choice and knows who he is already. The only way he's getting the kind of job he thinks he "deserves" is if somebody pulls strings for him again.

The only time Phil worked in the finance field was when he was working at Wells Fargo. He got fired from that job too.

I think the issue is that people are getting sick of seeing Phil continue to scrape by and just want Karma to throw a nuke at him that he can't complain or e-beg his way out of.

That will come when he fails to keep the IRS happy with his payments. One of the items listed on the back taxes payment plan is that you pay all future taxes (during the plan) when due.

The predatory lending story is his go to excuse, but one time he slipped and said he got in big trouble for tattle-taling on his supervisor for taking a bank teller out on a date. Phil had a crush on the girl and got butt hurt she liked the supervisor. Search your heart, you know he got fired for being a trouble maker and causing drama. Or you can believe he quit because he is morally opposed to scamming people out of money.
