Have to disagree. You can have agency still and make poor decisions based on that. Even if I feel bad for her, this is still her fault for choosing to enter into this relationship. My comment was more about the fact that she very much seemed like a vulnerable person who was perfectly content as her birth sex whose affection got her ensnared with an abusive partner.

'Love' can make people incredibly stupid, but her stupidity has led her to make horrible changes to herself and allow an obvious narcissist partial or full control of her life. I don't excuse her part in these poor choices but I do feel bad for her for willingly doing it.
