Glad they waited to arrest him while he kept raping kids in the meantime. Would have been nice if they'd stopped him earlier when it was already obvious what he was.

ETA: I suppose I'm being unfair, looks like they only arrested this asshole a couple months ago. I was thinking of Kero.

My hope is that they took so long because they were using him to ferret out other pedos and animals rapists. That's very optimistic I know, but a girl can dream. He's a dumb sonovabitch if he doesn't roll over for any deal he can get. I hope that feds were able to get a lot of usable info to go after the rings at least. It would be extra nice if there isn't anything more they need from him and he effectively gets life in prison as a child and animal rapist.

(2) Encouraging sexual assault of an animal is a Class A misdemeanor.
(3) As used in this section:
(a) “Sexual conduct” means touching or contacting the mouth, anus or sex organs of an animal or animal carcass, or causing an animal or animal carcass to touch or contact the mouth, anus or sex organs of a person, for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of a person.
(b) “Visual recording” includes, but is not limited to, photographs, films, videotapes and computer and other digital pictures, regardless of the manner in which the recording is stored. [2015 c.324 §2]
