Protective custody isn't exactly fun either. It has a special name like you're in witness protection or something, but really what it means is that you're lockdown like anyone else who causes trouble within the prison ecosystem. It's solitary, 23 and 1, the Back, whatever you want to call it. You're in 23 hours of lockdown with 1 hour of yard time. Food and medicine are generally brought to your cell. There is no dayroom. You don't get to do shit. It's punishment for someone who participated in a riot and can be a godsend for someone who would be brutalized in gen pop. You're generally persona non grata once you PC out for any reason. Snitches, bitches, and chomos go to pc. Nobody wants any of that riding with them.

A lot of Levi's prison experience will depend on how Oregon operates. Different state's prison systems operate differently, the culture of the prisoners will likely be different too. Federal prison with be different than how it works in state. County lockup in populous states/areas like California can be worse than the state pen because people have just gotten in the system and haven't adjusted. The don't bknow the rules, still have a chip on their shoulder, etc. We'd really need to find out how things are in Oregon. It's a relatively low population state that's largely rural and overwhelmingly white. Their prison politics aren't going to be the same as in California for instance. I'm sure the AB is all up in there selling dope though.

One surefire for Levi to fuck himself would be to get on smack as an escape. You will end up owing someone and drugs/drug debts start more shit in prison than anything.

Back on topic, when can we expect a court date for Levi? With that long of a rap sheet, will he take a plea bargain or will he try to plea not guilty?

This is not true in my state. Protective custody aka Safekeeping has the same privileges as General here, except during the unit's lockdowns. Then there are added restrictions until it's over. Maybe there's a type of AdSeg in your state that's different, I don't know. That being said, it's true that guards and staff will discriminate against safekeeping as far as they can, because they think everybody there is a faggot, child molester or trans.
Agree with the thoughts on county being worse, though.

Very glad to see this bastard go to jail and hope he doesn't come out until he's 90 and blind and cancer-ridden.
Pretty much all that can be said until we see what the idiot judges of Oregon are like. The police can bring them in, but some judges act like enemies of the people and let them go.

This is why we need to know how Oregon works to give a real opinion. I know what I know from buddies who were COs in a couple different places and youtube videos. I've never even spent a night in the drunk tank and I certainly don't intend on going to prison. Shit is just different in different places.

Since he might be changing his plea as part of a deal, I am cautiously optimistic that could include rolling over on accomplices. Perhaps even Kero. 🤞

For a non-social person with an active imagination, solitary wouldn't be so bad. For an internet addicted autist, I can't imagine too many worse penalties then being stuck alone with the silence and the guilt, besides actually being stuck in genpop and getting his face (and his rectum) split open on the daily.

The best part is, he'll be in with all the other beasts. They'll deffo do the sort of sexual violence to him that the normal (ish) guys on the genpop ranges won't. He'd merely get beaten to fuck/ have a jug of hot tea spilled on him in population, but those PC freaks are gonna make him suffer daily.

One thing I've noticed, is that people have VERY unrealistic views of what goes on in jail (never been in actual prison). For one "womenbeaters will be killed/beaten. Not happening. 2 out of 3 guys in jail are on remand and not proven guilty. Of those, probably 50-75% are in there because some stupid bitch lied/exaggerated/hit him before he pushed her back, etc. The system makes it extremely difficult for men accused of domestics to get bail.

Also, a fair amount of the niggers in there are pimps, and boast openly about it. Chivalry is indeed dead inside.

Having spent a fair bit of time in there ( probably 5 months total, incrementally), I'll also say that sexual violence does not happen in jails, in general population, including maximum security. Beatings, however, do, and are horrifying in that you can't do anything to help the poor bastard.

All in all, stay outta jail, it's shit.
