I have no proof of him buying that tier but when looking at this the last time(that's why I still have the screenshots) it seemed to me and I'm often wrong like he had the digital(PDF) form because he was asking when the physical copy(delayed it seems) would finally ship. The digital+physical get all the stretch goals, aside from the core book the rest seems to be digital and Jake plays everything digitally anyway.
At the very least he had bought/kickstarted this:

I think only the main RPG is hardcover, and this supplement Jake worked on probably isn't. Although I love the idea of that useless fishwrap having the same form factor as a volume of "Asterix" or "Tintin".

In searching his mentions there seem to be two “literal Nazis”. One is someone who tells Jake that he’s factually incorrect (he didn’t even give him a CW!) because the two games were coded in different languages and one just seemed to mock him with paraphrasing “waaaah sh0e is a meanie!”
All of his other mentions are from people as delusional as he is or poor souls attempting to befriend him and getting rebuffed or ignored because they’re not Zoe or a blue check mark.

So he is apparently reporting people on twitter so often that it is spamming his email and that is what he causes DDoSing it? Jeez you'd think the folks at twitter would have a easy solution to this, I donnu like a switch to turn off email notifications, or that his email would have one of those things, you know a text box you type in and it full on looks thru yon email for a match, what ever will this brave and true troon do in this world of tech problems
Hold on, is he saying that 90% of this is his work that they stole? That seems to happen alot to this fine lady? If he's saying 90% is his then why did he spend 60-100 bucks on this? and really 60-100 bucks for a 24page pamphlet on plots for this thing? I'm old and out of touch but that seems really high priced for a table top rpg

Oh, sorry, the core rule book is what he spent money on over at kickstarter a couple of years ago. Now he's written part of a 24 page optional add-on, with 11 other writers, that isn't rules, gameplay or a campaign it's just different ideas of possible settings or scenarios to inspire a DM/GM.
So tt seem like 12 different writers got tasked with writing 1-2 pages of fan fiction or flavor text that was then published in an official but optional 24 page PDF that have no impact on the game itself. Jake was one of those writers.

A shame, I was already expecting to see Jake's shilling of his slowly dropping Patreon for the desperate needs of food and shelter. Because I had this snarky comment all planned and everything about how he's been going a whole year without either and yet he's also been spending months traveling to have expensive body hair removal procedures and attending BigBadCon.
