I'm wondering if someone is crossing their wires on who they're talking about. I'm not gonna call the guy out because I KNOW the shirts were a joke, but I know someone who has been a guest at anime conventions that has done the tshirt thing (maybe the drink thing too, but the tshirt thing for sure). I don't THINK Vic stole the idea, but it's not completely impossible. But I'll say it was definitely a thing for someone else, and again, it was a JOKE.

I have to be fair here and say that ISWV and even some of us, to an extent, sometimes do that ourselves. Now it is true we(kiwis) are more likely to question the source and we are more capable of taking things with a grain of salt, but some kiwis(including me) have also been known to sometimes run with unsubstantial claims just because it was favorable to Vic or at least damning to the KV crowd(or would be hilarious if true).

With that said, I know it is not equal because all they seem to run on is unproven allegations.

Well, thats what people have been "educated" to do. The left realized long ago that control of the means of education and information distribution meant the ability to wish away the truths of history so that it they could try again. Those mindless drudges only know what they were taught.

Essentially, the thought process is: Well if I keep saying over and over that it's true when it actually isn't, then it becomes true.
They also seem to think that a majority thought process or a group dictates whether something is true or not i.e 7 out of 10 people believe the falsity while the other 4 do not, that means that the 7 who believe the falsity are automatically in the right regardless of any presented evidence to debunk their claims. So far from what I've seen, all it takes is one person making a claim or declaration in a public platform where others can see and one idiot to believe it and parrot it to others as the beginnings of a lynch or cancel mob. People continue to believe the initial claim until eventually, the person who made the claim is suddenly able to seize validity to their claims by saying "Look at all these people backing me and believing me. That means that I am right because these mobs of people say that I am."
The mob mentality begins to take over and then those that think outside the majority are put in positions where if they don't agree with the rest of the mob, they are automatically ousted from the group in order for them to preserve their narrative. It's the same crap we see a lot of KV do and even ISWV in the way they cannibalize anyone who expresses even a minuscule of either doubt or difference in opinion. Even if they don't outright express an opposing opinion, literally anything they say that even remotely infers to that difference is sniffed out immediately. Case in point, that Fitzpatrick dude getting yeeted the fuck outta Douchette's inner circle and called a troll just because he said an offhand remark that they disagreed with despite the fact that he's repeated over and over again that he's a firm supporter of their cause. But no, he's not even given a chance before he's tossed out like a bag of garbage into a dumpster and called names by him.

I have said it before and I will say it again. If any of those alleged shirts are a large or bigger, then that is an automatic "did not happen". I do not mean a medium at Lane Bryants or any other plus size shop either.

It's funny how the transcripts for the depositions were available soon after they were done, but a transcript involving simple math takes forever. Is there some way that the defendants could prevent a transcript from becoming available to the public or are shenanigans afoot?

Because these ones cast Lemoine in a negative light, it is unlikely that Law Twitter have gone to the GFM coffers again to get to sped up, so we are relying on normal pace

Nick pays normal rates, piggy backing off the Law Twitter speds, who got it faster.

I think this had Ty in it very little and mostly featured Martinez. For some reason, they do not want to go after Martinez(or maybe they do, but i dont venture into their insane ramblings). I know with Vic, the judge even had to intervene and tell lemonhead to stop repeating the question. I dunno if the last transcripts were necessarily terrible for vic and/or ty, but this one devastates the hell out of the lemonfuhrer.

Can’t answer your question and I did spend a little time searching out of curiosity. Each link I followed ended up telling me that I had to contact the clerks office. I did find general information that indicated you could request an expedited transcript for around an extra dollar per page, but none of those were Texas.

I didn’t find any rules that govern when a transcript has to be made available, but I didn’t search very hard. There’s a lot of talk about this in various threads. I’m just wondering if maybe it’s the holidays. Maybe she’s on vacation or had a family emergency. Whatever the case I seriously doubt the defendants have any input on whether a transcript is made available.

As for the second part law twitter went out of their way to misinterpret parts of previous transcripts to make it look bad for Vic/Ty. I agree with you that they weren’t bad but Dunford, Apark, Doucette and their orbiters tried their hardest to make it so.

Yeah probably holiday is the reason. Guessing we wont see the transcripts till at least a week or 2 into January. Also yeah I aint buying the defendants having anything to do with it or there would be very few court transcripts out there.

Bet they are kicking themselves in the ass for not wanting to do a confidentiality agreement now.
