Remember, these people wanted everything public when the lawsuit had just started. Monica and Ron insisted that the whole world know the truth. But now they’re regretting everything they said. I can’t wait to see what’s in that transcript.

The defendants have done everything to try and do a smear campaign but it honestly was a waste of money. They wanted it public to publically try and humiliate Vic to shame him out of this. I bet MoRon told Casey this would be an easy win since Vic is a pacifist and would roll over if push came to shove. They were wrong and it has severely backfired. Rial's best case scenario now is losing half her salary and a good chunk of permanent debt. Karma is a bitch.

As for the transcripts, lawtwitter probably did expedite it so that they could get the news and attention rush to play the game in their favor for cash. This transcript is probably a nothing burger to them so they dont want to deal with it. Due to that it will probably take a long while for it to surface. Not like we are in a rush since there is the appeals slog now.

On the Christmas stream Nick and Ty didn't seem overly concerned about the transcript, just annoyed at the delay. That's why I'm wondering if the previous transcripts were actually expedited or they came out at the normal speed and LawTwitter is just claiming the previous ones were expedited.

Martinez and Su (I'm not sure if those are spelled right) knocks a hole in LawTwitter's claim that "no other lawyer would touch this case." I would also argue that they are minorities and criticizing them as "stupid" could be interpreted the wrong way. Even if they are "White Passing" which then becomes a boondoggle of its own. The point is it would cause more fighting than it solves.

I think the Holiday's got everything screwed up. Also may have been a hardware failure. We will find out in the end.

I doubt there is anything too explosive in the transcript. Lemoine flailing around like a Chris Farley impersonator isn't going to be anything too shocking for anyone.

Unless Vic took control of the entire thing like he did in the deposition and Lemoine started sounding truly unhinged. Then we will have some laughs.

Well, I do recall Ty saying in a stream with Nick that Vic gave a “powerful testimony” at the hearing, so you may not be far from the truth.

Probably, but the original reason for not wanting to do a confidentiality was because they wanted to publicly humiliate vic, but instead it has publicly humiliated them. I know I should not use logic on these people, but it would be completely odd for them to be doing that. That is about as insane as turning a gun up against your arm, having the trigger pulled, having the bullet go through the arm, having it barely graze you(maybe a minor scrape), and then blaming you for not being a few inches closer for it to do more impact to you.

Doucette knows that time is running out and that is why he started a GoFundMe for the college lawsuit. He'll stop talking about Weeb wars and slip away just as appeals hit.

I love that 80% of the donators are anonymous. Kinda makes you wonder if some bald-headed grifter is not only illegally donating to his own drive, but doing so more than once...🤔

Doucette is stupid, but not that stupid. I doubt that he is laundering money because that implies he has a successful enterprise somewhere.

If you intended that he is using his own money to give the appearance of a successful GFM, that I could believe.
