While I personally don't believe erotic roleplay is cheating, I feel there's something more sinister at foot as to why she did this. I say that, leaving it intentionally vague for a reason. This could imply "attempting suicide" or "faking a suicide attempt."

Rate me optimistic but I really hope he’s acting as a messenger to update people on her status. Probably unlikely, though. If not, then there’s nothing else we can do but laugh. I'm pressing doubt on her actually having been to the hospital. After a suicide attempt, they don't release you that easy. There are laws that prevent hospitals from allowing high-risk patients out. Never mind the fact that most medications will not be working after a few days. Almost all anti-depressants take about two weeks to see full effects and anti psychotics can take even longer. There is also the issue that someone is actually more likely to attempt suicide once their anti-depressants start to kick in because they're finally feeling the energy to want to kill themselves. They'd probably want to monitor more before letting them out.

Depending on where she’s at and what hospital, the typical cycle in a mental hospital is about 3-5 days, often being about 3. If you’re really good or lack of space, maybe 2, but it’ll always be at least three days. I’m not totally surprised she’s back this early, but the time frame does make sense. And she didn’t drink drain cleaner, so the time in the hospital was probably not long/checking up on stats.
