But this isn't actually true. Bread isn't actually 'just' carbs and carbs have 'substance', why? Because your diet should be 80% carbs.
Also, it's common wisdom that you can survive for a long time eating just bread and butter. It isn't probably the best diet because it exposes you to long-term problems but you can perfectly live with it.

Pretty sure the point of the episode is that maybe the rules and laws that pertain to trans people should be examined and looked at to keep certain actors *Cough**Hack* Yaniv *Cough**Cough* from exploiting loopholes and lowering the social trust of trans poeple. I watched a few of Zoomer Nation's vids, it's actually depressing to say but he's arguably in the top 5% of his peers, his Groyper War video is largely correct, his feminism video is pretty fucking funny though.
