That honestly doesn't seem safe to let someone like that behind the wheel of a car. I have zero confidence that she'd be able to react quickly. I'm not even sure she can turn the wheel that easily with her gunt pressed against it. Just moving her foot from the gas to the brake pedal would be tough, I'd bet.

Exactly, which is why I think it'd be damn funny to have those enablers tell these people they don't need to continue with the rationalizations. Can you imagine them living even a single day without them, yet still getting "support" from their enablers?

Edit: Also the bizarre attribution of weightloss purely to keto while at the same time admitting she eats mindlessly without ever measuring or calorie counting, featuring a prolonged discussion of how Gene will still be eating bread since he doesn't gain weight, belying Jen's fundamental avoidance of the basics which is the fucking calories she eats. She could no doubt benefit from low-carb since I don't doubt she's diabetic (has she confirmed that?) but her (and others) seeing magic eating plans as the one and only key to weightloss while seemingly deliberately avoiding the obvious (the caloric value), well it's the key to failure again and again but Jen's whole devious purpose is to work out how to keep on eating so I guess it works.
The thing is, you need to establish a calorie limit in order to calculate keto macros. And if you don't plan and monitor that shit, you don't go into ketosis. Keto isn't just low carb, it is extremely low carb, high fat, moderate protein. So she has to count macros and stay under a calorie limit. Unless she is trying to give up all carbs, which I really doubt.
 
Yes I get that, but she doesn't do it since she preoccupies herself more with Fat Bombs and such. If there's no calorie control there will be no weightloss. This is how Jen gained on keto and Chantal did too.

Wow, so much for caring about the environment and shit. The only car J can realistically fit in is a fucking massive gas guzzling SUV. They aren't even driving in that shot and she looks so goddamn miserable and uncomfortable.


I can't imagine living in the USA, with all the opportunities to better yourself and have the best life you possibly can, and waste it all on being a professional victim.

The denial, magical thinking, and plain stupidity around this fact never ceases to amaze me.

Perfect example: (Sadly I don’t recall the source but) I once saw a woman blogging about her ~weight loss journey. One of her attempts involved drinking Boost, a nutrition drink consisting of 190-300 calories, depending on the shake. She had heard success stories and gave it a try.
After a couple of weeks she was super disappointed and frustrated when she actually GAINED weight. “A shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a sensible dinner.” She had followed the instructions and everything, so why hadn’t it worked??

It hadn’t worked because this fucking dumbass thought you drank the shakes IN ADDITION to your breakfast and lunch. And that this would somehow result in weight loss. She was drinking an extra 380-600 calories a day.

IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU NEED TO TAKE IN FEWER CALORIES. The contents of some diets help that feel more tolerable & therefore are more sustainable, some diets like keto are more efficient, but if you don’t take in fewer calories you will not lose weight, ffs. There’s no magic answer. These butterballs just see keto as a diet that gives them permission to eat more, well, butterballs, then are baffled as to why they don’t lose any weight. Yes, yes, you stuck to your keto list of foods but you also ate 5,000 calories a day.

People lose weight eating chocolate bars as long as they don’t eat 20 in each sitting. Granted not a quality diet but works the same.
what you need to be restricting is the portion sizes, like not getting a large popcorn etc.
You are not recovering from ‘disordered eating’. You are looking for excuses to allow you to be a nasty trash eating pig and that’s it.

Has no one ever told these bitches that if you have to tell someone you are confident and beautiful they automatically think otherwise? If you’re confident it shows through your actions and demeanour. You don’t have to be shouting from the rooftops that you’re gorgeous and everyone should and must adore you. There are plenty of heavier celebrities that do this. Rebel Wilson is one. To my knowledge we haven’t heard her be ridiculous about being overweight, she owns it.

I wonder how these cunts feel about Adele losing a good amount of weight? Truth is she was beautiful either way. Now she’s healthy. I’m probably late here, but this thread does truck along and I have very little patience for these bitches.
