The obvious answer is it's Melanie Herring or one of her white knights and they screwed up submitting her thread more than once.

More sinister: someone who tried in https://kiwifarms.net/threads/2019-09-10-outdated-page-removals.60784/ and saw that it failed and was mentioned publicly is trying to cover their tracks by throwing you off their scent. Whoever's thread was submitted there but is suspiciously absent from this list (especially if they're a furry) is most likely the one behind it.

More stupid: someone who saw Null's first post thought it would actually work. I'd say nobody was that stupid, but given the people we're dealing with here...

I just went through the lists. None of the lolcow links on the first list appeared in the second (not even Melanie), which leads me to believe this is specifically a furry (or group of furries) who's trying to remove damning information about their community from the Farms. The last one involved multiple lolcows on top of the Animal Control index threads. This appears to target only the zoosadists.
