Amy Ramadan / Amy Lee Bell / Amy David / Amy's Life Journey!!! / Amy's DesignZ / amysdesignz - Convicted thief, grifter, fat YouTuber in a spandex hijab; confirmed child abuser

I don't think he is a LPR. She went through that process with Ali and it seemed to be a mystery to them. They were given a HARD time by USCIS. Like even harder than usual for coming from a "red flag" marriage fraud country.
Well, we know for a fact the child is not a citizen, and we know for a fact Amy did not adopt him. This is going to be interesting when it all blows apart.

Have you met Ali? If so, what's your read of him?

Yep. He is an arrogant asshole. I would be embarrassed to take him out in public, as he has not accommodated to US societal norms at all as far as interactions with others. He would be the type to snap his fingers at a waitress and then stiff her on the tip. Chews with his mouth open. Double dips in the communal hummus. You get the idea. Pretty much exactly as he portrayed himself in that response to PamTalks video.

Are we certain he didn't grow up in mainland China?

Do you have anything to share in regards to how she treats the children, other than what we see in videos? From what she's let slip, it seems that J raised the babies for quite some time since she was admittedly too fat to move from her chair for the majority of their lives.

Any information about her relationship with her bio mother or any other family?

Anything juicy?

She didn't talk about her family much, aside from saying they weren't close, I found out more about them from her videos than I ever did from knowing her personally. When I knew her she hadn't had her younger kids yet, she was attentive to J and seemed to be a good mom, but at the same time I didn't see how she could care for more kids in her daycare. She was still doing child care then and I don't know how she could chase toddlers around or even bend over to change a diaper at that point. I don't think she was as big then as she is now, but I would have had serious concerns about her ability to care for multiple kids, or kids that need a high level of attention and care. She 1000% wanted more kids and was willing to do whatever it took to have them, as we have heard with the fertility meds bit. Honestly she struck a sympathetic chord with me back then and I felt bad for her for her hard life and the stillbirth/late miscarriage and all of that, but what I have seen since she started this YT channel has just floored me and made me glad that we cut ties when we did.

As far as juicy things, ehh. I don't know about juicy, but just sad. The miscarriage she had- I can't remember what she blamed that on in her video, but she told me it was due to a uterine infection that she "got from her ex husband", so I am assuming an STD? I guess it could be something as benign as group B strep but I always thought gonorrhea or chlamydia was more likely. Syphilis is also rampant in this area so it could have been that, too, who knows.

Fat woman often miscarry; my guess is the blame goes to the one thing she won’t admit caused it, her food intake.

Ali, you said he hadn’t assimilated into our culture yet, and you described some rude examples. Unfortunately, plenty of born and bred Americans snap at waitresses and double dip. Sounds like he’d be an ill-mannered jerk in any country.

I guess I’m still curious about ways he hasn’t assimilated. Did you notice any attitudes that women are 2nd place(including Amy)? Seems he does a lot of the stuff around the house and childcare since she’s too fat, and don’t those cultures think that’s woman’s work? Can you think of any examples of this? Does he comment on other women and clothing? If Amy wanted to take her head covering off, would he care? In many Muslim cultures women don’t drive but Amy is in her van all the time. Do they go to the mosque? Did she have to convert or was marrying a Muslim guy enough?

Seems like the religion is just for show but hard to know for sure.

Amy is already backpedaling on the cash giveaway. She will send you small prizes instead.

It doesn't really matter what she selects as the prizes. Nobody is going to win anything because she's not going to lose weight. But, yeah, she's already switching it to dollar store prizes just in case she somehow manages to lose a pound.

They absolutely would. And because when you apply for a marriage visa (or fiance) you have to provide physical evidence of an actual relationship when you submit your documentation for review. Since they hooked up for his green card experienced "love at first sight," they would not have had much if any evidence to provide, so I imagine this was another reason they pressed him hard.

Man, it's so fucking Byzantine from what I'm seeing. I can find every sort of circumstance other than 'child with US residency under guardianship of non-relative'

Is his residency permanent? If so...

I can lend some insight here.
His current situation;
I doubt the child is a permanent resident based on what you have posted about him here. I think he entered the US with inspection via an official port of entry (he was picked up at an airport and not dropped off by some dodgy coyote) on an i-94 (a "visa waiver" which allows 90 days of travel within the USA but waives any right you have to adjust your legal immigration status, as the name implies), and simply overstayed. Since he is a minor he will not have racked up any "unlawful presence", but he will as soon as he hits 18.

If Amy gets off her fat ass to sort his shit out;
Amy will have to have had, and be able to prove, she has physical and legal custody of the child for at least two years prior to initiating the legal immigration process. To do this she will have to petition a US court for legal adoption of the child. Once this legal custody is obtained and she has had it for two years, Amy will have to go through the process of petitioning for an alien relative (filing form i-130). For this she will need to provide proof of her US citizenship, proof of her lawful custody and proof of joint residence. At the same time she can file i-485, which is adjustment of the child's status to one of legal standing (green card). All of this must be done before the child turns 16.

The whole process is very expensive and long-winded. The i-130 and i-485 alone cost $485 and $1140 respectively, this does not count the cost of biometrics, nor the filing costs for the initial legal adoption or lawyers fees, should you opt for one. It also takes up to 14 months for approval on the i-130/i-485 provided you are not hit with a RFE (request for evidence) if you did a sloppy or half-assed job on your paperwork.

I also just plain don't think the first step (obtaining legal custody) will go well given her own admission to being asked to sign a form waiving her rights to child/foster care. I don't know what form it is but with a little more time I will find it. There's also her sketchy red flag marriage and criminal record to consider.

If Amy doesn't get off her fat ass to sort his shit out;
The child will hit 18 years old and begin accruing unlawful presence. No longer a minor and with no legal family in the US to petition for him, he must traverse the hellscape that is US Immigration Law alone. If he wants to obtain legal presence he will have to return to his home country and remain there while he waits for approval of his visa-of-choice through a US consulate. In his case, he will be denied at the interview based on his inadmissibility (accrued unlawful presence), at which point he will have to file i-212; the application for permission to reapply for admission into the United States. These typically have a really low approval rate but I think this kid would stand a good chance, sob stories tend to get these approved and the hand he's been dealt is shitty.

His other option is to just continue living as an illegal alien and accruing that unlawful presence, and risk being caught and deported to a land he barely knows.
TL;DR Amy needs to get off her fat ass and sort his shit out before he turns 16.

From what I understand, up until last year, he was "home schooled." He's now attending public school, thankfully. How do you reckon he's able to do that? Is there any sort of legal status required for that, or is it merely an outcome of Oregon declaring itself a sancturay state?

eta: That was so super informative, @C3PBRO. What a goddamn nightmare she has created for this child because she does not give a fuck about his future.

They're protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law that denies schools the right to ask about the immigration status of attendees. Schools can't ask for SSNs of attendees because lack of a SSN obviously exposes their illegal status. They can't even ask questions that may, even indirectly, expose their illegal status, or face possible litigation. In short, schools are cucked on a federal level, not state.

I was kinda hoping that the prize would be one of Amy’s handcrafted treasures. After all, I’ve always longed for a three-tier snack dish that was constructed with a glue gun, and adorned with candlesticks, plastic bowls, dollar store stones and large plastic flowers.

The best part of this particular video is at the very end, where it completely falls apart. The fact that this woman home-schools is mind boggling.
