The tl;dr of inceldom, as I understand it, is denial ridden men inventing creative explanations for their sexual failure. I imagine pedos simply acknowledge the legal/social realities of acting on their urges and leave it at that. They have no psychological need for the elaborate chad/stacy conspiracies which incels revel in.
As for incels turning into pedos, I'm skeptical.
Incels broadening their horizons to include vulnerable teenagers and biological/socially inappropriate adults is one thing. To be specifically attracted to children who are no where near puberty and possess zero sexuality is a special kind of a fucked up. I don't think you get there through desperation alone.
The reason men fuck each other in prison and farmers fuck animals is desperation *and* availability. So maybe there's an argument for not letting incels work with children. But thinking incels will eventually start going out of their way to attack children is a bit of a leap. Especially considering that current levels of vigilance and paranoia around child protection is higher than ever.
There's a bit more to it than that.
Before very recent advances in science, men had no way of knowing for sure if a child was biologically his. Evidentially, getting cucked was such a devastating evolutionary deadend that men with insufficient paranoia or disgust for female promiscuity were woefully unsuccessful at spreading their genes. So much so that this biological tendancy bled into social constructs too e.g. the culturally universal reverence for female virgins, and in the more extreme cases, burqa's and female genital mutilation.
Of course the literal problem of paternity uncertainty is now solved thanks to science but as the widespread obesity crisis shows, it's very difficult to undo genetic programming with logic and education.
