There have been a few theories about why Greg has been making these non-stop sexual tweets, and the most plausible is that it's his attempt at "proving" his Twitter is meant for only followers who are 18+.

He's been saying for a long time now that his "content" is intended for an adult audience, which is obviously bullshit, as his defense that "I only want adult fans!! I've been blocking minors off my Twitter, so I can't possibly be a pedo!" He likely believes that having his Twitter cluttered with NSFW content like this proves he's always been an adult-oriented content creator, making it the kids' fault that they ignored his account's bio & the posts themselves.
