A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Reading this post genuinely upsets me, the very idea that there is such a thing as "egg hatching" upsets me even further. We now have a large population of people in the first world who are basically un-diagnosed schizophrenics in dire need of medication who will never get it because wider society is now run by people who think the crazy are actually sane.

Clown world isn't nearly as funny as you'd think.

This is very much one of those cases where I laugh because the alternative is worse. A lot of the adults doing this don’t get my sympathy, but the kids who get drawn in...

Aaaaaand of course our favorite manufactured outrage machine spun together this rather misleading tale of "The first woman to compete in the LoL Championship Series."

Note the curious lack of detail in this drivel. Such as the reason the vocal chord was paralyzed to begin with was because the tube nicked it while turning his hot dog into a folded piece of bologna.

I guess it's easier to "pass" when you're dead. Your orbiters can claim your womanhood simply by omission of what you were before you died.

A dead trans is the perfect poster child for transitioning because they’ll never express regret. Like how Alexis Arquette is still a real true woman thanks to his sister Patricia who can use him for woke points even though he was completely done with it before he died.

Arquette is one of the adult transitioners who gets my sympathy since he’s being used postmortem and since he was an early gender rebel who was, at long last, smart enough to see through this shit.

Sharp rise in child cases at gender clinic
Referrals of four to ten-year-olds up 80% in a year

Soaring numbers of children under the age of ten are struggling with gender identity issues in Scotland, figures show.
Referrals to the Young People’s Gender Service for those aged between four and ten rose by more than 80 per cent in a year. Across all age categories the number of children turning to the clinic, at the Sandyford in Glasgow, is increasing significantly, with 298 referred in 2018. The waiting time to see a specialist, which was 18 months in September, now stretches to two years.
The campaign group forwomen.scot, which was set up in response to the Scottish government’s plan to make it easier for people to legally change their gender, said: “We are shocked at the huge increase in child referrals to the Sandyford gender identity clinic, particularly the worrying increase in very young children.”

When forwomen.scot used freedom of information laws to ask the Sandyford how many patients in Scotland had been prescribed puberty blockers — which delay changes to their body such as the development of breasts or facial hair — NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde [NHSGGC] said that doctors and pharmacists had told them this information was not recorded centrally.

Concern has been raised about the treatment of children with symptoms of gender dysphoria, the distress caused by a mismatch between their biological sex and the gender they identify with, in England. Six psychologists, who resigned from the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) at the Tavistock Centre in London expressed worry that it was being overdiagnosed. They have spoken anonymously about the number of children being prescribed puberty blockers and described feeling unable to assess patients properly for fear of being labelled transphobic.

The NHSGGC board also told forwomen.scot that the number of patients registered male at birth or female at birth was not logged.

Almost three quarters of those turning to the Tavistock service are girls and Westminster has ordered a review to try to understand this trend.

Trina Budge, the co-founder of forwomen.scot, said: “We do not have basic information on patients in Scotland, whereas in England we know 74 per cent of young patients were girls and that was enough to prompt an inquiry.” She added: “We really do need more information about what is going on [in Scotland].”

NHSGGC did provide details about the age of patients. This showed that the number of referred children aged 11 to 16 increased from 198 in 2017 to 264 in 2018. For those aged four to ten there was an increase from 18 to 33. One referral falls outsides the age categories.

Ms Budge expressed concern about children being treated inappropriately in view of the Tavistock issues.
“Very vulnerable children who may be confused about their sexuality, be autistic, suffered trauma or have other co-morbid mental health conditions are at risk of being sent down an irreversible and experimental medical pathway, when psychological support and talking therapy may be more appropriate,” she said.

NHSGGC said: “There has been an increase in the number of young people across Europe seeking referral to gender services. The reasons for this are complex and multifaceted. Based upon current research no one reason has been identified.
“Our Gender Identity Service is modelled and informed by World Professional Association for Transgender Health guidelines and is shaped by existing evidence available.” It added: “All young people who attend Sandyford’s Gender Identity Service undergo a full assessment which informs all decision- making.”

The board said that information about any hormone-blocker prescription was contained in a patient’s notes.
“We recognise there can be a great deal of uncertainty to manage throughout this process,” it said. “The service regularly consults with colleagues in endocrinology about each case file and anyone referred is reviewed through a combination of assessments and/or intervention including pubertal assessment, consultation about hormonal treatments, blockers and therapy.” It pointed out that the Sandyford service’s two-year waiting list meant “young people do not quickly have access to it”.
Neither the Scottish Trans Alliance or Engender, both equality organisations, responded to requests for comment.

Case study
“I had this goal in my mind that as soon as I started to pass as a man, all my problems would go away. With hindsight I realise how silly that sounds.”

These are the words of a 28-year-old from the west of Scotland who transitioned from female to male and regretted the decision so deeply that she is changing back.

However, she has had a double mastectomy. She has taken testosterone, lowering her voice, receding her hairline and allowing a beard to grow. She still has to shave daily. “If I could go back to myself in 2014 I would say to myself, do not go through with any of it,” she says.

Her names, male and female, are being withheld because she has been criticised online for discussing her decision. “If you say you are a de-transitioner people say you must hate trans — I do not know where that comes from,” she says. “I am aware not everyone regrets transition and if it has helped out people I am very happy for them.”

In 2015, when she was seen at the Gender Identity Service at the Sandyford in Glasgow, she was sure she was in the wrong body. Hearing her drug treatment had been approved made her happy, as did her emerging masculinity.

“I was quite lucky with testosterone, I passed very well. When I returned [to university] no one knew I was trans. I was just another male student,” she says.

The mastectomy followed in 2017. “I was initially very pleased because the biggest part of my dysphoria came from my chest — the mastectomy was the thing I wanted.” But six months later depression, which had troubled her in waves through her twenties, returned. She says: “I realised that all the problems I thought would be fixed by transitioning were still there.”

Now she feels that experiences with men in her teenage years are at the root of her discomfort with her female body. This is something she feels the Sandyford could have explored.

“At no point did they say, ‘Why don’t we try to help you with your issues first and if that doesn’t work, then we can transition’,” she says.

In the months before being seen at the clinic she had a short spell on a psychiatric ward, which she feels should have been discussed.

She has stopped taking testosterone but says she would still be seen as a male and is in limbo. But she does feel sure of her identity: “I am a woman, who has issues with being a woman, but I am still a woman.”

Another crosspost. Remilia's 4chan tripcode was ScarletDevil !!vnkOb+uOcD/ and he admitted to being an autogynephile. It seems he would have detransitioned but had already gotten so many surgeries that he couldn't.

Yet more evidence, that this person should have been prevented from transitioning by everyone around them. Sickening. SAD!

Screaming profanities at you, attacking their siblings or pets, biting, kicking and trying to gouge your eyes out because you wouldn't let them eat Pop Tarts in the middle of a store. That's some kids at 4. They don't always get easier as they get older.
One thing I've noticed among SJWs and troons is their ability to regulate their emotions is about equal to that of a child. They don't seem to have ever learned to try and control how they feel; instead they just continue to blame everyone else for how they feel. It's incredibly 'look what you made me do', it's incredibly juvenile, and it's why you get things like using transphobia as the only reason anything in a troon's life isn't going well, or Trump Derangement Syndrome where they can only sperg relentlessly about Orange Man Bad 24/7.

I think the internet also exacerbates the problem, because so much of it is about provoking an emotional reaction for clicks and/or asspats. People are encouraged to react first, reflect later (if at all), and it feeds into everything from cancel culture to every news story where the facts are considered secondary to the inflammatory headline and encouraging people to project their own assumptions onto events without caring about reality.

The entire internet just needs a massive 'lol calm down'.

Kids that young don't understand gender identity. And I guarantee you most of these cases of trans kids are just kids liking things outside gender stereotypes. If Suzie likes playing with cars and Billy likes playing with dolls then clearly they're trans is the train of logic. By that logic, I would've been trans because I liked playing with Legos and dinosaurs.

If later on the kid is showing the clinical signs of some gender identity issue, then solve the problem with non-drug solutions like social transition. I think it was Blair White that saod that trans kids are like vegan cats. We all know who is making the decision.

When “Biology” Becomes a Cover for Anti-Trans Bigotry

How an employment case in the United Kingdom revealed the ugly contours of anti-trans discrimination.

Earlier this month, a British employment judge ruled that a researcher’s anti-trans views did not constitute what’s called a protected philosophical belief under the nation’s Equality Act, which meant that her employer’s decision not to renew her contract over those views did not constitute discrimination. The woman at the center of the case, Maya Forstater, was employed on a contract basis as a tax policy researcher for the Centre for Global Development. In 2018, she began publicly campaigning, mostly on social media, against reforms to the Gender Recognition Act that would allow trans people in the United Kingdom to self-identify their gender. In response to concern from her colleagues, her employer’s human resources department warned her that others might find her anti-trans tweets “offensive and exclusionary,” and eventually declined to renew her contract. Forstater decided to sue, purporting to seek legal protection for her beliefs.

The subsequent ruling against Forstater set off a series of predictably over-the-top reactions from the self-described “gender critical feminists”—also called trans exclusionary radical feminists, or TERFs—who dominate the British feminist discourse. In their framing, the case became the latest example of the so-called death of free speech and thought, the result of lefty madness and groupthink. (The author JK Rowling raised the international profile of the case—and was also heavily criticized—after tweeting support for Forstater.)

But a closer look at the case reveals that it doesn’t have much to do with a belief that “there are only two sexes in human beings... male and female,” as Forstater claims (and growing bodies of science dispute). In practice, Forstater was seeking legal cover to disregard the already established rights of trans people in the U.K. Hers was a familiar argument—one that for too long has dominated mainstream coverage of trans rights.

A passage from employment judge James Tayler’s ruling explained it perfectly: “The claimant is absolutist in her view of sex and it is a core component of her belief that she will refer to a person by the sex she considered appropriate even if it violates their dignity and/or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.” Forstater, in her witness statement, more or less confirmed this: It “may be polite,” she acknowledged, to use a person’s preferred pronouns, “but there is no fundamental right to compel people to be polite or kind in every situation.”

Forstater’s claim about protected belief was just a smokescreen for her underlying bigotry, and Tayler saw through it. “It is also a slight of hand to suggest that the Claimant merely does not hold the belief that transwomen are women,” he wrote in his judgment. “She positively believes that they are men; and will say so whenever she wishes.” The case, then, wasn’t so much about belief as it was about actions.

In the U.K., trans people are protected on the basis of their “gender reassignment,” meaning that they should be treated as their transitioned genders under the law. In her employment case, Forstater wanted her own beliefs to supersede the rights of those trans people. Winning her suit would have meant potentially nullifying protections for trans people and eroding emerging social norms that allow trans people to feel safe and respected in basic social interactions.

Anti-trans activists like Forstater can talk all they want about their simple and humble personal beliefs in the supposed immutability of biological sex, but the truth is, as the judge found, those views are—or should be—irrelevant to how trans people are treated in society and on the job.

Trans people are only all too aware of their own assigned sex. Many, like me, have taken hormones and had surgery to change the sexed traits of the body we are born with. But there are no names or pronouns carved into our chromosomes. It doesn’t matter what Forstater believes about trans people or the body—the court found that it didn’t entitle her to misgender people. That’s why non-discrimination laws exist in the first place.

People like Forstater focus on biological sex because that is precisely the axis upon which trans people are othered, but where is the limit on this proposed legal right? Conservative ideologies around biological sex already hurt people in their places of work. The website Pregnant Then Screwed lists hundreds of individual stories of mostly British women who were fired or marginalized from their job because they gave birth or became pregnant. The law, rightly, now works to protect against this. Trans people are entitled to that same dignity. Had Forstater won, it’s possible that her case could have opened the legal door for all kinds of sinister but “sincerely held” beliefs to reign over workplaces in the U.K.

Judge Tayler rightly anticipated the danger: He explained that under British law, religious beliefs and lack of religious beliefs are protected, so a Catholic’s beliefs would see the same protection as an atheist’s. Philosophical belief works in a similar legal fashion. In determining whether a claimant’s beliefs are worthy of protection under British law, it must pass through the Grainger criteria, named after a case which determined belief in climate change to be a protected belief.

The Grainger criteria consists of several legal tests for philosophical beliefs: “the belief must be genuinely held; it must be a belief and not an opinion or viewpoint based on the present state of information available; it must be a belief as to a weighty and substantial aspect of human life and behavior; it must attain a certain level of cogency, seriousness, cohesion and importance; and it must be worthy of respect in a democratic society, not be incompatible with human dignity and not conflict with the fundamental rights of others.”

Tayler held that Forstater’s belief about biological sex failed to meet the final requirement—that it not be incompatible with human dignity and not conflict with the fundamental rights of others.

Cases like this—which pit the actual lives of trans people against the beliefs of somebody who decided to test her colleagues’ patience by posting over 150 anti-trans tweets in a single week—are a win-win for anti-trans activists. If they prevail, they now have a new legal basis to treat trans people like garbage without reprisal. If they lose, they can bang on about how trans people are spreading a totalitarian belief system that crushes anyone who might disagree.

That’s why it’s frustrating to watch these developments as a trans person. This woman is not trans, the judge is not trans, the media now disseminating information about the case is largely not trans, JK Rowling is not trans. But now it’s trans people taking the blow online and in the media.

Commonly held beliefs don’t develop in a vacuum. Trans people have never had control over their own narrative, in science or in media. That has started to change recently, but by and large cis people still hold the power to frame trans lives for the masses. Maintaining that power to define trans lives is what ultimately drives anti-trans activists, not only in their online presence but in the courts and more broadly.

As the case leads us into a new decade, it’s an example of trans people finally finding a tiny foothold in the story of our own lives and bodies. Tayler’s judgment recognizes that hard-earned, long-fought achievement. So does the backlash.

I guess mental illness + drugs probably had something to do with the murder.

No. Children who socially transition feel they can't back out and disappoint everyone so invested in their new gender. After the family told everyone Jim was "Lily Rose" from then on, told him how brave and special he was, strongarmed the school and had it bully normal kids, or changed schools and perhaps even moved, "Lily" would be extremely unlikely to speak up when he watches The Mandalorian and thinks he'd like to be Jim again.

Ooh I see the Gay Rudeboys song is not his but a cover

The lyrics:

are like 'it's not enough to be anti-racist, you must also be anti-homophobic'

It seems to have meant a lot to him.

I don't get the impression he was a latent homosexual because it doesn't seem like he'd be embarrassed about being gay - he'd more likely be boasting about it. But there are some
posts on his IG suggesting he had sex with women.

Yeah he seems to be working through some kind of Bi-Sexual nature or something.
And my guess is he probably snapped in some drug fueled haze with Julie, either buyer's remorse or he just didn't get what he wanted.
With all the confusion in his choices leading up to it, good money is on last minute regret after some making out...
but who the hell knows right now...
Them not charging him with first degree murder means it happened spontaneously and therein lies the scooby-doo mystery until we get some kind of statement out of the old boy...

Yeah he seems to be working through some kind of Bi-Sexual nature or something.

This is his second YT. Dude seems to have taken a LOT of narcotics in his time.

Tip for people not wanting to get murdered - don't befriend drug-addicted schizos.

I didn't know what the #malakimufaza tag was.

But.... Google works wonders

and this is another FB he has

Bio is 'OjibweRussian HebrewIsraelite '

More of the same drugs + spirituality + shit

His shitty Vimeo https://vimeo.com/user94061353

He seems to have used the Instagram handles 'malakimufaza47' and 'michaelarchangel90 ' (like a fucking psycho) as Malaki

I'm assuming the 'Mufaza' is some kind of Islamic leaning.

This post suggests he's not a homo, he's just gay-affirming

That's the stuff right there that needs to get out to the mainstream narrative...
They want to dress this up as a "Hate Crime" and then this absolute NOBODY Davina Hader is supposed to be their authority that he had no ties whatsoever to the LGBT community as though she is the expert on all of Canadian LGBT...
If WE say somebody is or isn't, it's bigotry, either way.
But if SHE says it.....Canon...
Expecting more from Diana Davison on this especially with this new info right here for sure.

It's ironic that she fell into troonery to escape sexual abuse from shitty men, and unintentionally fell into a subculture created by creepy male exhibitionist fetishists.

Typical motte-and-bailey dishonesty. Most of the time no one is talking about taking away your equal rights, usually the discussion is either about not shooting up children full of hormones when they're too young to have any legal rights of consent for everything else, or it's about why it's okay to still call men who demand sex creepy incels regardless of whether they wear dresses or not.
