Is that "podcast" today? I saw no mention of it on his Twitter.

Sometime in January, I think. For some reason, Phil thinks he need to have a "podcast" to talk about the upcoming year's games or something? Which completely ignores the fact that he 1) changes his schedule all the time and 2) allegedly might not be able to afford all the games :(

Maybe it's just the nostalgia glasses, but I really feel like Ben Stiller in Heavyweights is one of the most underrated comedy performances of the last few decades. He really put some depth into a character that easily could have just been a stock kid-hating fat-hating cliche. But you really feel his motivations, you really feel how being obese at a young age and having a disapproving neglectful father really affected him, and you feel that even though he's gone too far and creating an informercial and making money is his primary goal, deep down inside he knows what these kids are going through and he wants to help them, except he doesn't really know the best way to do it since he didn't have that guidance in his life.

Or maybe I just put way too much thought into that.
Put to much in? Nah the movie has the cult following it deserves lot of great one liners and both Stillers nail it. But seriously Little Phil says that it's all Tevin's fault and we have to pay.

Going a bit Theo Theory: It just dawned on me why DSP is silent and feigning ignorance about the foreclosure. He's avoiding the mail.

But furthermore, I went internet lawyer and looked into the final step, if he keeps ignoring and avoiding and not accepting the service. The final step...

He'll be served via local newspaper. What an insane legal system. But hey, one way or another, he's being served and that case is moving forward.

Does Phil need to send something back for it to mark as served?

Because he probably got it out of his mail center box and then never did whatever the next proper step was.

I wonder how mail is delivered in a gated community

Certified mail works by having the mail carrier get a signature from the individual who received the letter. If the person who is supposed to sign is unavailable twice, they'll get a notice in their mailbox telling them to go get it at the post office or request one last delivery attempt. After 15 days it is marked as undeliverable and returned to the sender. I don't know why it has been sitting at "In Transit to Next Facility" for over a month.

I can only go anecdotal on this one, since I used to live in one. The mail dood was apparently given a pass code to the electronic door. He had one for every condo gated community. I never had to use my key again.

Anyways, even in the top-tier gated communities, the mail guy gets in. Phil only lives in a fortress of his imagination.

I agree with this. I've lived in plenty of places with a locked door or whatever, the government mail people could always get in and so could some of the private companies.

Months ago one of the defendants of the Kick Vic lawsuit was dodging getting served. I believe Nick Rekeita said the service by publication is now possible over internet. If they were not able to serve the papers in person they would be able to post public reply on the person's Twitter or Facebook and that would be acceptable.

I'm no lawyer but I think this might be the same thing. Your citation there is from 2011, the updated law might tell us more since a lot of people no longer read physical copies of the local newspaper anymore.

At least a decade ago Phil was driving on the highway. He had a leg cramp and was barely able to drive perfectly fine and nothing happened. He could have died that day because his leg had a cramp dood. Phil self diagnosed his leg cramp as a symptom of his mysterious debilitating back injury that only appears when he is expected to do any physical activity.

Keep in mind he only had this leg cramp happen one time in his life. This makes highway travel impossible unless someone else drives him. His leg and back are perfectly okay if he is the passenger.

For all we know this idiot was using the ball of his foot locked in an awkward position on the pedal instead of the tip of his foot in a relaxed position causing his leg to cramp. It's something that a newbie driver would do. It's not like the fix is to pull onto the hard shoulder and take a rest, maybe move your leg so it doesn't cramp.

Phil is a lot better with not disclosing what trolls do to him, though. So, we probably don't know how much he gets fucked with. I suspect about as much as Chris, there's a good amount of people that really hate Phil. Remember how paranoid Phil is, as well. We know he barely goes outside. He's also probably afraid to answer his phone and stuff like that.

I don't think that's the case.
To this day he brings up getting swatted, which in his case was more of a police wellness check. He also brings up the DDOSing, and the one time he totally didn't get a cardboard dick sent to him.
The most recent is the statue trolling, which is mild shit only caused by his greed. Swatting aside, all else is beyond mild.

Phil keeps it vague because noone really fucks with him, mainly since he avoids any and all interactions outside of his whales. If he had people fuck with him he would bring it up for pitty bucks. He also avoids making shit up because he's aware people would do exactly what he lied about. That's also why he shits himself if Sean Ranklin gets mentioned, he doesn't want hookers, repairmen or worse sent to his place.

This whole foreclosure will go by with no real fallout, he will put his black shirt on, go full screen and lie to his wheelchairs who will eat it up and bail him out yet again. I do hope I'm wrong, because I don't want to start running gay ops on his whole chat.

Lol, we have the guy's gate code and the times and days which he goes shopping for food. I am glad I don't live in WA so I'm not tempted to act on this.

This dude really thinks that highway driving for what was probably ten to fifteen minutes is the cause of his one leg cramp he got.

That would be amazing. There used to be a county pretty close to me that would post stuff like that on Sheriff's page. It's hard stopping friends from tagging you lol.

What the fuck is Phil thinking? Nothing good happens when you ignore court papers.

To me at least, it is satisfying and fulfilling seeing this lump of tangible putrescence devolve and decay further every year despite having the rushing flood waters get bailed out by a merrily willingly ignorant band of incels.
If he was forced offline by a gay op, it would in my opinion be very anticlimactic.
I want the rollercoaster of his panic, begging harder for help, getting not nearly enough, realization that he's royally fucked rushing in, and the crescendo fireworks display when he cries on stream.

It will all be worth it in the end. Patience.

But if Phil is avoiding the mail, he knows what's coming and would still be terrified about losing the WA khando, which essentially is his entire life.

I still put strong odds on Phil's parents paying for most/all this, or at least promising they will.

I could see that Phil's lawyer (i.e. probably his Dad) assuring Phil that he's not losing the WA khando and thus he doesn't really care because Phil gets away with mountains of debt, what's another ~$70k going to do? However, he'd be begging more if this was the case, and he's not at all, so I think this is unlikely.

Sorry if this is repeat info I haven’t been keeping up and didn’t see it on the last two pages

@SoapQueen1 might be able to shed some light on the meaning of the mediation period ending, and what the likelihood is that Phil is somehow skating on this stuff.

Edit: Adding one question, if Midfirst saw Phil's post-CT trip video where he specifically stated that he was going to just stop paying, would that affect their inclination to potentially let any amount remaining after a short sale go?

This is not the end for the foreclosure trial or whatever is happening with that letter from the bank: The state mediation program is an opt-in alternative to a trial that's only granted under certain circumstances; by not responding, Phil changed nothing and it will be a regular trial rather than mediation.

Since you have to be an owner-occupant to be considered and there doesn't seem to be a "decline mediation" option on the paperwork we don't know if Phil just ignored it (most likely by far in my opinion) or if he told the judge he wasn't interested/wasn't eligible.
