Imagine the price for commissioning artists to draw that thing? I hope she has a full-time job at least.

Also, the autists in the comments getting butthurt over a gift for a family member, instead of saying how bad of a gift it is, they sperg about the puzzle piece symbol. Maybe they should have a goal post instead to symbolise that they're hard to accommodate for.

officially, I do believe Protogen do have genitalia, but it's usually hidden behind that metal crotch thing you see on all Protogen.

doing research, any "official" sources mention that the metal crotch panels are usually there because they never really meant to be in so much sexual situations, but as I did mention earlier, their genitalia is hidden under that metal crotch panel and are infertile as they apparently grow in tubes.
