I think the loophole is what is a "Sexual Predator"?
1) someone who has a lot of [consentual] casual sex,
2) someone who tries to pickup someone who isn't interested?
3) someone who is deceptive in order to obtain casual sex? what defines deceptive? promise of a relationship?
There's a generally idea for Sexual Predator most people have but you can probably google enough uses that fit 1, 2, or 3 to slither out of a suit. The term Sex Pest is even worse.
Alt Right is another favorite. You can go to the origin of the term to mean any conservatism that's different from previous conservatism. So technically if you found a group of conservatives that is profoundly anti-interventionalist you can technically call them Alt-Right, even though the majority of people picture something between identitarians to racists.
When someone like this makes that claim, the best followup response is
Define "Alt-Right"?
Define "Sexual Predator"? Or, do you mean by that [person] committed sexual assault or rape?
Once they do, then it's defamation. Or, they will give their low standard. Or, most likely, they will ignore you. (I've done this). You need to freaking hound the heck out of the fact they are dodging your question and know they are defaming someone with wiggle wording because they don't really believe it or at least have no proof they believe.
