This dude named himself Augustus Invictus? Fuck me, he's been playing too much Warhammer.

I want a Latin Roman sounding lolcow name too! From now on, you plebeians shall call me "Rex puppi deturbat caput pacificae"
This man baffles me because on the one hand he's clearly in cloud cuckoo land and both his ideology and actions are completely divorced from reality, but on the other hand he looks fairly normal, was apparently a lawyer at one point and has a wife and kids. The most interesting cows to me are the ones like this guy who seem to be able to function normally but have all of the weirdness of someone who doesn't.

Augustus seems to be the real life Maxie Zeus. All he needs is a superpower:

Hapy New Year Convictus

Something related to domestic violence I think. Details are a bit sketchy at the moment and I'm not sure how to access the docket or filing.
Oh, lol, C.O.s don't like dudes who're charged with that type of stuff, especially when they're supposed to be an officer of the court, or anything like that. I hope his legal mind is as good as he claims, or he could be the victim of all types of fuckery extending his stay at every stop along the way to where his charges originate from

Fuck, he literally said his name is Augustus Invictus?
:story:
Jebus, how fucking exceptional can you get?

Cop: Your name, sir?
Tard: God Imperator Augustus Sol Invictus. I rule the planet!
Cop: And I'm Officer Pepe Frog. Please step out of the car...

Yep. He changed it legally a few years ago. He has got at least two weeks until his next hearing and I'd be surprised if he was bailed then.

For those that don't know, in the US you have to apply at a county courthouse to change your name, then have to appear before a judge and give him a plausible reason why you want to change your name. The judge can then say yes or no, they have the final say. The reasoning for this is pretty obscure legally, I personally think that the SovCit claims that your name is the title to your "account" with the banksters/Jews/WTF and thus it is the legal "fiction" that the System uses to deal with you might have a kernel of truth.

The problem comes when judges get too lenient, a lot of times because they have way too much to deal with as it is so little stuff like name changes get rubberstamped and shoved through without anybody saying "hey, this is autistic af". And of course Florida, where everyone is either weird or elderly along with a smattering of billionaires who drop in for a few weeks a year.

Back in the days of landline telephones somebody dug through the phone book in Santa Cruz and found names like "Moonbeam Moonbeam" and "Hummingbird Darting Over A Waterfall". Can you imagine having to deal with this shit as a cop?

Well he nailed the Manson stare.

Here is an incident report filed by his ex-girlfriend back in 2017.

https://secureservercdn.net/166.62....7/04/Augustus-Invictus-2017-police-report.pdf

She claims he beat her, held her captive until her bruises healed, sexually assaulted her at gunpoint... it’s a long list of pretty awful shit. My GUESS would be his arrest is related to this, though the out of state fugitive status puzzles me. She was living with him when the alleged abuse occurred, and she filed this report in Florida.

Ex-senate candidate, white nationalist Augustus Invictus arrested on kidnapping warrant

Ex-Florida Senate candidate and white nationalist Augustus Sol Invictus has been arrested on an out-of-county warrant on charges of kidnapping, “high and aggravated” domestic violence and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.

Invictus, who campaigned as a libertarian in a 2016 Senate run and later headlined the deadly 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Va., was arrested Monday in Brevard County on a warrant out of the Rockhill Police Department in South Carolina. The police report describes him as an “out of state fugitive.”

The arrest was first reported by journalist Nick Martin on Twitter.

According to the arrest report, Invictus, 36, was arrested at a mall in Melbourne, Fla. His local address is listed as Ocala.

Online court records show Invictus’ scheduled court date is Jan. 15. He is being held without bond.

During his 2016 Senate campaign, Invictus drew attention for his claim that he killed a goat and drank its blood in a pagan ritual. He acknowledged that he is friends with white supremacists, and, though he denied his affiliation then, was praised and credited by white nationalist leader Richard Spencer as writing the first draft of the Charlottesville statement.

Among the core tenets: “Jews are an ethno-religious people distinct from Europeans,” “Whites alone defined America as a European society and political order,” “the so-called ‘refugee crisis’ is an invasion, a war without bullets, taking place on the fields of race, religion, sex and morality. At stake is Europe’s very identity,” “we oppose feminism, deviancy, the futile denial of biological reality, and everything destructive to healthy relations between men and women,” and “Leftism is an ideology of death and must be confronted and defeated.”

Invictus, an Orlando-area attorney, now runs The Republican Conservative, a website marketed as an alternative to conservative media that “play the victim” and calls for a violent uprising.

Kidnapping across state lines is federal level shit of course, the famed Lindbergh Law. Nowadays the punishment is so severe that Augustus Convictus could spend the rest of his life in Supermax. He just handed his ass to the FBI on a silver platter, to much likely glee in the J. Edgar Hoover Building. Now he will be in a little cell for 23.6 hours a day, fed via a slot in the door. Have fun, fucktard.
