Jokes aside, women creatures of this calibre manage to disturb even their own gender. There are a coupla female Kiwis who expressed how utterly detestable Heidi is. Jared was a pussy-whipped sap and a perfect patsy for her - without him, her e-celeb waifu status crumbles and she needs constant reassurance of her wicked ways, that's where Twitterpats come in. It's ironic how such an empauwered wahmen masks her longing query as a "musing". She could state that the sky is blue and we wouldn't believe dat shit.

But for the sake of her question: You can tell if you fucking listen to the person and share the feeling instead of trying to manipulate them or politically engage because of fame. Thank heavens Holly is just as bad on another level, Jared really reeled in the mental cases...

Haven't seen anyone post that Jared & Heidi's court records have had some recent updates. I can't post a screenshot right now, but copied and pasted the new info below. Seems like there is going to be a trial on December 17, so maybe we'll see Heidi flipping out on Twitter again after that.

Hasn't Felicia Day or whoever been trying to make Geek and Sundry a thing for years now? Only ever see it at like 2K views on Twitch. Meanwhile Critical Role is always like 100K+. Their YouTube has over 2 million subs but their videos can't even break 10,000 views.

All these people want to be the next Critical Role, but they never will be.

Critical Role is part of Geek and Sundry (and used to be on the Geek and Sundry channel before being spun off).

It's definitely not dead. They just play other games on the G&S channel that aren't D&D. A few of their actual plays do well, like that one post-apocalyptic game they're running right now which averages around 20k views per video. The main problem is that, of the subset of people who play and enjoy TRPGs, D&D is far and away the most popular and the one that pretty much everyone in the hobby knows how to play (even if they don't really like it). So of course Critical Role is going to have more appeal than other G&S series out of the gate.

There's a few others that have a rabid fanbase that aren't connected to the G&S cult like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions Inc (although this one is a collab between Penny Arcade and WotC so it has official backing bolstering its popularity).

The main point is that DCA didn't get the views of Acquisitions, TAZ, or CR. I wouldn't be surprised if WotC had been planning to kill it even before Jared's PR shitstorm. It was DM'd by Chris Perkins of all people, who is a game designer at WotC and something of a celebrity DM. All other costs aside, just paying him to show up regularly and run games must have been quite expensive unless Chris just really enjoyed playing with the DCA crew (which he almost certainly didn't).

Honestly, if you look at the case as it stands... Jared actually didn't do anything -wrong-. By now it has been established, and absolutely nothing has appeared to controvert it, that he banged Holly AFTER trying to leave an abusive relationship and WITH Ross' consent. Bit suspect on Holly's end, but does clear Jared of that one. The pedo allegations and abuse accusations have been thoroughly discredited by now.

The only debatable thing is the porn blog, But.... that wasn't doing anything wrong, just doing something legal and allowable in a stupid way. Mind, I find it morally questionable, but unless you or I impose our own moral compass onto him, its not morally wrong by more general standards.

Sooo, Jared is... kinda off the hook. His worst thing is doing a stupid. Actually makes me feel bad for jumping on the bandwagon against him initially.

Not when the person who is supposed to be cheated ON is the one initially encouraging it.

Now, Heidi CLAIMS he continued this after she said to stop. But... every single thing Heidi says is suspect as shit because she has been caught outright lying about most of everything. She provided no proof for or against it beyond that nudes were sent period, which no one argues.

That's... unknown.

So, the line of cheating for her would be with her boy toy, the other cosplayer I cannot recall. We have absolutely nothing that says for sure she fucked the boytoy after she told Jared he couldn't do any fucking. We do have circumstantial evidence, and unlike the stuff with jared we don't have anything that contradicts it. But absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
