A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

So yet again, it wasn't some mythical transphobic killer, but the tranny's poor life choices. It's too bad, it wasn't deserved, but there's a lot of mental illness in these circles and this violence appears to have been intramural.

Yeah it's poor life choices by someone who made many poor ones and precious few good ones. But we are still told that he was some kind of hero who spent his life tirelessly campaigning for a righteous cause, when the reality is he most likely died during the course of his latest relapse of many previous, and there is no trace online of his supposed campaigning acts prior to his death.

I mean that's the basically the format here:

* black tranny gets killed - 'epidemic of violence against transwomen of color - genocide, blah blah blah '
* white tranny gets killed - 'she was a hero of the LGBT community'

Attending Pride once or twice for the after-party butt secks does not make you an 'activist'.

The extent of his activism seems to be this:

When Julie Berman came up to the open mic at the trans day of remembrance event on Nov. 20, 2017, she delivered a speech about transphobia in Toronto. She talked about a trans friend of hers that was murdered.

On Sunday, a little over two years later, the trans woman and activist was assaulted and murdered.

“It’s really heartbreaking ... the same thing that she was trying to be vocal about happened to her,” said Davina Hader, a friend of the victim and a member of The 519, an organization that advocates for the inclusion of LGBTQ communities’ members and provides services for them.

Ms. Berman had asked her friend, who was filming the vigil in 2017, not to release the clip online. “I have that still, and I was thinking about releasing [the video],” Ms. Hader said.

I'm not sure if this is the friend:

Wells's death brought attention to a marginalized community and brought criticisms against the Toronto Police Service (TPS) and The 519 community centre over mismanagement of information. Internal and external reviews were called by both organizations over their policies and accusations of bias. The case, along with a series of deaths of missing people in Church and Wellesley, Toronto's gay village,

Apparently 'The 519', which is the centre that Hader & Berman seem to be connected to fucked up:

Wells's death also brought criticism to The 519 community centre, the city's leading LGBT advocacy agency, which failed to follow-through with Price's report of a transgender body. Wells's friends say that this resulted in her body being unidentified for months.[20]

Maura Lawless, The 519's executive director, initially said that the centre "made some effort to verify the information with the police".[4] The 519 later said that they tried but couldn't verify the information and didn't want to cause panic or spread rumours.[5] Since then, an internal review found that staffers only scanned police news releases for mention of an unidentified body and did not contact police or any other agency.[4] The 519 posted an apology on its website on 12 December for their "mishandling of information" which 519 board chair David Morris referred to as a "comedy of errors".[21] However, they continued to place the full blame on TPS.[20]

Trans people have had a history of being stigmatized within the broader queer community. Forrester, who worked for The 519 for 10 years before moving to Maggie's, was particularly outraged at The 519, which was supposed to be advocating for their communities.[22] In December Forrester, along with other former-519 employees Lynda Cheng and Brian De Matos, began circulating a petition demanding Lawless's resignation. They alleged that under Lawless's direction The 519 had been systematically "pushing out the most marginalized people in the community" and turning the centre into an exclusive club for wealthy donors in the increasingly gentrified neighbourhood. Their main allegations were that The 519 was prejudiced against transgender women, the poor and the homeless. They cited The 519's mishandling of the report of Wells's body, and also redevelopment plans for More Moss Park which would displace low-income and homeless people. The petitioners also alleged that The 519 had contributed to tensions by discouraging homeless and sex workers from the area, and had a "ban list" largely made up of mentally ill or developmentally disabled racialized people. Staff disputed these allegations and The 519 board of directors supported Lawless, while engaging an independent review of the petition's concerns.[20]

So maybe that's why Hader doesn't want to release the video because it's probably a rant against the LGBT centre for not being solely focused on trannies to the exclusion of L, G and B. Looks like they had a vigil on 19th November and TDoR was 20th November.

As far as a dead mixed-race hooker not being identified, it's hard to pin it on being a tranny, seeing as 22% of murders in Canada are of indigenous people.

Hell there was even a serial killer in Toronto who targeted gay Muslim men https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...r-toronto-murders-guilty-plea-killing-gay-men

Typical motte-and-bailey dishonesty. Most of the time no one is talking about taking away your equal rights, usually the discussion is either about not shooting up children full of hormones when they're too young to have any legal rights of consent for everything else, or it's about why it's okay to still call men who demand sex creepy incels regardless of whether they wear dresses or not.

It's a vague platitude at this point. I mean at this point, yes you can rent a hotel room to have gay sex with your unmarried partner, you can get married as a man to a man, and all kinds of other things that not so long ago were not allowed, and still aren't allowed in a bunch of places. I mean there are a LOT of countries in the world where most people are very much against 'equal rights' for gays. But at some point yeah these organisations have achieved everything they set out to do and they are like 'shit, what next?' Because there are hundreds of people on the payroll and donations and government contracts and all kinds of shit. And the answer to 'what next?' is 'we will find something'. And at some point it's going to be fucking insane, because once you've done all the equal rights stuff, all that's left is legalising raping babies and shit like that.

Has this article in the Post Millennial been posted yet?
archive: http://archive.is/vfsjt

It shows a photo of Colin Harnack wearing "female Indian dress" and a still taken from YouTube where "Harnack superimposes his face on both male and female bodies."

Other than that, not much new info. The article is from a couple of days ago, so it's not really fresh at this point, anyway.

This person wants to be E-Famous in their niche-community. I have no doubt they will go against Berman's wishes and release it online just for the serotonin of watching the "hearts" reactions on whatever social network they have the most vapid followers on.
This Hader person is also the one that claims to know everything and everyone in the LGBT community and self elected themselves to speak with the press on everyone's behalf.
They've been on Twitter since 2010 yet only have 190 followers?
yeah....High Profile Celebrity up there with Danni Askimi, I see...

As the case leads us into a new decade, it’s an example of trans people finally finding a tiny foothold in the story of our own lives and bodies.
What the fuck does acceptance look like in their eyes if the entire UK government, up to and including the police and judiciary, backing their every bpd whim is a tiny foothold? This is why I can only see these nut bars as men in wigs, because no actual woman would have the fucking balls to claim trannies only have a tiny foothold in society in 2019.

Why it must be made a criminal offence greater than mass murder to refuse their every whim. So if you miss pronoun them life no parole, refuse to suck shenis hanging and so on and on their word you are guilty. Even with that in place they would still complain about being oppressed and mistreated.

Well, it's trannies so maybe they mean a size 14 foot (crammed into cheap parent leather hooker heels) :tomgirl:

>Now she feels that experiences with men in her teenage years are at the root of her discomfort with her female body.
It's ironic that she fell into troonery to escape sexual abuse from shitty men, and unintentionally fell into a subculture created by creepy male exhibitionist fetishists.

The reason abused women often end up with another abuser is related. There's a whole range of abusers who present themselves as saviors for hurt and abused women and use that as a way to get women who are already conditioned to allow abuse (and might let you get away with a lot as long as you keep it just under the level of the previous abuser).

This movement's two main demographics are victims of sexual abuse and narcissists with paraphilias. A lot of "open minded" community centers are going to find out the hard way why this was never going to lead anywhere good.

What the fuck is a "racialized" person? That's one of the most racist blanket terms I've ever heard. More evidence that the "woke" are the biggest racists of all.

Also, lol at this in general. You know this means that the center gets lunatics off the street wandering in and harassing and assaulting staff and patrons. How very dare they ban these people? Would wokesters prefer that they call the police?

The racialized term seems to be a Canadian thing although it could be the social justice thing where if you're racialized it's not your fault it's the fault of the people who are opressing you.

Marvel to get first transgender superhero

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to get its first transgender superhero.

"And very soon. In a movie that we're shooting right now," Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige said during a Q&A at the New York Film Academy.

Asked by a fan whether there were any plans for more LGBT characters in Marvel's films, "specifically the T, trans characters", Kevin said: "Yes, absolutely. Yes."

This year, The Eternals will introduce Marvel movies' first gay character.

There have been reports since 2019 that Phase 4 of the MCU - the films following the Avengers Infinity saga - would star a trans character.

Marvel has also said it will introduce its first deaf superhero in The Eternals and its first Asian-American superhero, in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

"You look at the success of Captain Marvel and Black Panther. We want the movies to reflect the audience and we want every member of our global audience to see themselves reflected on the screen," Kevin Feige previously said.

In July last year, Geeks WorldWide suggested that Marvel was seeking a trans woman for a project being filmed in 2020.

They pointed out that the only existing trans superhero in Marvel Comics is the recently introduced Sera - from a group of all-male angels called the Ancharites - who transitioned to a female identity.

She exists very much in Thor's world - being kept inside a temple in the realm of Heven before meeting Thor's long-lost half-sister Angela, going on a bunch of adventures and eventually becoming her romantic interest.

The next Thor film, Love and Thunder, is scheduled to come out in 2021.

Tessa Thompson's character Valkyrie - who was made the King of New Asgard by Thor in the last Avengers film - revealed what the "first order of business" would be for her in the film.

"As new king, she needs to find her queen," she said.

In the comics Valkyrie identifies as bisexual.

Before that film comes out The Eternals - about an ancient race of super-powered beings who gained powers from alien experiments - is being released in November.

It stars Angelina Jolie, Game of Thrones' Richard Madden and Kit Harington, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek and Brian Tyree Henry, among others.

Kevin Feige confirmed that the film would star Marvel's first gay character.

"He's married, he's got a family, and that is just part of who he is," he said last year.

As fun as it was to watch Star Wars crash and burn, I'm a lot more excited to see Marvel destroy their own movie franchise.

Oh my fucking God
It took me a good ten minutes to catch my breath from laughing at this.
Like even the person who tweeted this has some dormant self-awareness.

"Hey gaiz, this batshit insane thing that happened, well it's totally true and awesome. But can we word it in a way that doesn't make it sound so batshit insane?"

LMFAO no mas. Pleeeease no mas. I can't breathe.

Really going all out after the success of Black Panther. All I can think of when reading things like this is how blaxploitation became a relatively big thing in the beginning of the 70s.

Hopefully they troon out Longshot. He's currently agender/non-binary, got long hair, looks like a dude and have brittle bones.

What the fuck is a "racialized" person? That's one of the most racist blanket terms I've ever heard. More evidence that the "woke" are the biggest racists of all.

It means that a person is discriminated against by being defined by their race/culture and are expected to behave a certain way due to their race/culture, it's like fancy orientalism.

I shit you not, the socjus way to deal with this is to treat them differently and constantly acknowledge that they are not like you. It's half a step away from serving black people fried chicken and watermelon because they probably can't eat risotto.

Late but about the Rowling thing: "Maya" can fuck right off too. He knows he'll never be a real woman but chooses to live his life-ruining sissy fetish delusion anyway. In some ways that's worse than the standard xe/xim tumblr tard, because he knows better while the tard doesn't.

IMO if every tranny renounced their claims to "womanhood" and self-IDed as like, extreme body modification crossdressers or ladyboys or something while living the same destructive lifestyles, they would be almost as bad and still unworthy of social/legal acceptance.
maya is a woman who got fired for saying "biological sex is real and immutable"

Enjoy. In fact, I think it is still on-going.
