Without knowing the nature of the test, can't put too much weight on them. Are they random, observed? Is he taking them voluntarily? What's he being tested for? 10 panel with etg?

Be required to take a drug test? Typical in custody cases where substance abuse is at issue. Often ordered by a court, or agreed to between the parties.

Someone previously pointed out that if you suspect your Ex will try to claim you are a drug addict/using as reason for denying custody, if you show up in court with a clean piss sheet ready to go, it will shut down their argument right there, no waiting for your next court date to prove it.

I suspect it will also make the other side look like petty trifling bitches, if you are demonstratably not on drugs (or snuck clean urine into the testing facility) and anticipated that your ex would try to pull that shit.

Anyway, my guess is that the lab wasn't testing for Ambien, and his radioactive Oxy levels will be explained away with his pain clinic script.

This is true. People that are prescribed opiates and/or benzos are supposed to be drug tested by their doctor quarterly. Supposed to is the key word here.

Also, if he is prescribed opiates by his doctor, having opiates in his system will not cause a failure.

You can still be a drug addict and pass a drug test if the drug you are taking is prescribed by your doctor.
