So in the New Year's Eve stream, Lowtax says he's been passing drug tests. Why is he taking drug tests?
I would imagine he is taking the cheap screens you can buy in drug stores to make sure he can pass. Those tests only work above a certain threshold, if a doctor or court wants to they can order a more sensitive test.
Someone previously pointed out that if you suspect your Ex will try to claim you are a drug addict/using as reason for denying custody, if you show up in court with a clean piss sheet ready to go, it will shut down their argument right there, no waiting for your next court date to prove it.
That won't work though, the chain of custody involved in medical drug tests are generally not adequate for court puproses, and that is fair since the results sometimes end in jailing a person. The doctors office won't observe voiding, for instance, and a lot of court ordered drug tests require that. There is also the possibility of fucking up the samples or the paperwork and recording a test result for the wrong patient, a much higher possibility in a medical setting. Court ordered stuff is really hard to fuck up in that way, they are built in with lots of redundancy and extra forms, etc, you have to take a bunch of time to process them each individually to prove to the court that you have a legal record of the specimen from when it exited the patient's body until the result was recorded. While you might think "why don't they just do that for every test so that there are never erroneous results?" it would clog things up wayyyyy too much for standard medical testing to plausibly do that. If you get a fucked up result at the doctors office you can repeat the test, if you jail someone for breaking probation, that isn't practical.
Anyway, I hope they order lowtax to do a hair text. He can't fake it, and since it is chronological it will back up whatever maple wife claims, and is quantitative instead of just positive/negative so you can compared the amount being taken over time. Also, there are streams of him claiming to drink when he has prescriptions that specifically say not to drink if you take them. And streams of him being obviously high. He isn't going to get away with this shit, at all, he is obviously a wreck and a drug user. "its prescribed!" doesn't mean a lot anymore, everyone on earth knows you can abuse things that were prescribed.
