Why would she stay in a shelter all this time and just... not do anything. It makes no sense.
I know this thread is slow for the time being and I'm going to avoid powerleveling outside letting you know that every state is different re: how they handle family court and AK is not where I worked, but as a general notice things like divorce and custody matters are handled in family court, things like child abuse/neglect that would result in an investigator/family worker are juvenile court. Different attorneys (usually), different judges, different issues.
Just because Ashliii isn't (as far as we know) a professional pillhead alky who has been spilling every intimate personal detail of her life for thousands of strangers to read and laugh at on the internet doesn't mean she's doing nothing. DV shelters aren't just fuckin Motel 8s with a bored security guard so the husbands/partners can't get in to beat their bitches to death. She has a caseworker/case manager who works with other civil partnership agencies or has their own in-house therapy services to help link her to legal assistance, therapy (both of which are likely mandatory conditions of her remaining there), any referrals to whatever other services she may need, and has a time limit on how long she can stay, usually 30 days until she can go somewhere more permanent, even if that is a homeless family shelter. In her case, I imagine a bus ticket to Canada (I don't know the circumstances of her coming here besides to get knocked up by taxman and live in marital bliss being his pillbitch/laundry maid, but she should have at least someone in Canada who she isn't altogether estranged from, someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
Does that mean it was served, or just sent out to to be served?
This is woman who:
-Was around 28, a pretty solid 7, and when Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka rolled up to visit her friend, being wacky and zany, she deciced "yeah, I want to hit that".
- After knowing him for several months, decided "Yeah, ok, I want to go with rawdog with that" while also deciding birthcontrol is for 'losers'.
- When finding out she was with spawn, married Lowtax.
- Did not go through that utter joke that Canada to US immigration is
- Was married to lowtax for almost 4 years.
What I'm saying is that good, well thought out life decisions do not seem to be her strong point.
It means a court order was sent out and a process server ordered to deliver/serve the papers. Whether or not that happens is usually not confirmed on a CoC website.
Yeah okay, but she has a three year old child with her. She's been just sitting in a shelter this whole time doing nothing? Not trying to get back to Canada, not trying to file for divorce, not even trying to get back with him?
Again, we don't know all the details yet. It's safe to say that she isn't trying to get back with him because we would've heard it from him bragging about it by now. If she is linked with legal help like I suspect, she's likely at least smart enough heed a lawyer's advice to shut the fuck up and sit down for now.
The fact that we have no reason to believe she's fled back to mom and dad's in Nuckistan yet at least gives reason to believe she believes she has a fighting chance at what remains of those sweet patreonbux. Lowtax is, in every sense of the word, a domestic abuser and as is predictable with such people, would immediately fly into an uncontrollable rage if he found out she did something that drastic/permanent. Again, wed've heard about it by now straight from the manlet himself.
At this point I think we need patience more than anything. LowT is nothing if not an incompetent, degenerate lackwit. Something will slip, and shortly.
