It means a court order was sent out and a process server ordered to deliver/serve the papers. Whether or not that happens is usually not confirmed on a CoC website.



Again, we don't know all the details yet. It's safe to say that she isn't trying to get back with him because we would've heard it from him bragging about it by now. If she is linked with legal help like I suspect, she's likely at least smart enough heed a lawyer's advice to shut the fuck up and sit down for now.

The fact that we have no reason to believe she's fled back to mom and dad's in Nuckistan yet at least gives reason to believe she believes she has a fighting chance at what remains of those sweet patreonbux. Lowtax is, in every sense of the word, a domestic abuser and as is predictable with such people, would immediately fly into an uncontrollable rage if he found out she did something that drastic/permanent. Again, wed've heard about it by now straight from the manlet himself.


At this point I think we need patience more than anything. LowT is nothing if not an incompetent, degenerate lackwit. Something will slip, and shortly.

I actually wonder if she actually is in a DV shelter. Maybe she was for awhile but they aren’t generally long term accommodations. They try to get the women into their own apartments after a few weeks. I think a DV shelter was a short term plan, and she had a friend that might have helped her out long term with a place to stay. Maybe Lowtax’s ex-wife’s family or a online BF? Nobody wants to stay in a DV shelter with a toddler if they have any other options. They are better than homeless shelters but not by a huge margin.

Oh yeah, I don't disagree with the good idea of filing first however family law judges will often overlook such things with a quick "...your honor my client wishes to make it known she simply didn't have the financial resources or stability with taking care of the child, mounting a legal defense, securing accommodations etcetera to file on this matter as swiftly as she could due to the fact the...allegedly...abusive partner utterly controls the family financials, as is common in cases with domestic issues, *flips pages,* anyhow...."

Again, I don't disagree with the logic, but this is lawyer shit, spin things however the fuck. I've seen this shit all the time.

Again, IANAL but I've had to attend quite a few of these hearings and it's how I usually saw it go.


Also, it's more a sad observation than some kind of "Ashlii is a lolcow" thing, but I've seen battered women go to unbelievable lengths to justify/handwave away/explain away DV. These relationships are quite literally mental illnesses that require a large amount of resources and outside help to excise themselves from.

I do not make any attempt at justification or apology from Ashli's absolutely retarded situation (you're not even in the country fucking legally because you merely couldn't be fucked to do something more or less about as complicated as apply for a passport? Then HAD A KID? woweeeee you're incredibly dumb, or incredibly drugged out, or incredibly acceding to daddy T's master scheme to control you (probably some combination thereof, I seriously doubt that even though LowT does have the sociopathic/control traits of a domestic abuser, he also lacks the kind of foresight required for that due to the drugs and alcohol.))

People like LowT also often write screeds justifying that even if they didn't smack the bitch around with a few well-placed backhands for mouthing off, the bitch is still a fucking stupid cunt who does deserve it, even if he won't do that due to his loving and kind nature, fucking bitch, she's so lucky to have him, fucking whore who does- you get the idea...

Wow yeah Ashli is dumb as fuck for not legally applying for residency in the USA when she had it all perfectly lined up due to the marriage. That doesn't make me feel sorry for her present situation, she totally deserves somebody like LowT and I hope she gets deported quick.

Not sure about nowadays, but back in the day, she wouldn't have been able to. Richard would have had to initiate it.

Him not doing so, combined with his online laughing about locking away her documentation may very well wind up flattening his testicles in family court.

I don't know. I know there is no standard operating shelter handbook. I know a bit about how a few operated in one city I lived - I also knew they did different things based on risk/perceived risk and had...um, one or three militant armed & dogged bulldykes in the rollodex for "extreme high risk" - and that exiting the shelter system once restraining orders were in place was the goal.

Its been over a month since maplewife entered the system, which is really fucking long.

Its possible they have handed Maplewife off to some "hiding illegals" network?

Her parents are dead. Her mum was her last living parent and she died in 2012.

Just want co clarify again that she wasn't pregnant when they got married. That happened when she visited Lowtax in the US a few months after they married. Why they were in such a hurry to get married in Canada so soon after they met remains a mystery. As does them doing nothing to sort out her visa status during the last 4 years. Neither of their explanations regarding that make much sense.

If it's true that he had to petition for her immigration status and didn't, that's perfect Lowtax MO, and make sense to mme. Seems like he was too lazy/strung out to and it gave him more control over her. I also saw his FB post where he mocks her for nor having a driver's license in the US either. If that's true, she'd be completely dependent on him which means if he didn't want to help her she was stuck and solidifies his piece of shit status.

I expect Lowtax got buyer's remorse early in the marriage and actively resented Ashli when he actually needed her to step up and be a partner rather than a wacky zany housemate, Whenever he's mentioned divorce, it's always based on the assumption he'll be the custodial parent.
