They are right in that their statements are evidence. Evidence though dont always hold weight or are relevant to a case. Evidence =/= undisputable facts. Testimony are disputable evidences much like how Vic statement denying the accusation is also evidence that needs to be disputed in court.

These faggots keep thinking that Vic was sentenced because statements are in legal docs thus that make them true. Their story may or may not be true even if they were reported to the police but they would hold more weight and credibility if they had been reported at the time. This is what these idiots dont or wont understand. We have a legal system and this case hasnt even fucking started.

Yeah, and the only people I’m still in contact with are at AWA and we all know that Faisal won’t be bringing Vic back so... Hmm... maybe we should put JLH on the trail of Marlon at AWA/KawaiiKon.... because I KNOW he’s just the type she likes to target... but since he’s an organizer behind the scenes and not a well exposed VA she probably won’t bother.

The TCPA doesn't judge the validity of the allegations. It should be a quick check if the lawsuit is knowingly frivolous or not, but its confounded with a free speech perspective which can only be judged properly at the trial.

Interesting to note that, before they started getting BTFO with Nick's streams and leaks and just their own general incompetence - the defendants in this case wanted this to go to court ASAP when they thought they were dominating.

Still waiting on all that proof!

First they said it would come when the suit started, then Only with discovery; then after the suit; and yet here we are. A year later and not a single fucking thing to show their allegations are true.

All the TCPA victory has done is say that the Defamatory statements are protected under Free Speech; that's it.

I'm debating which would be more entertaining.

Either "Lemoine goes to appeals empty handed" or "Lemoine is set up for malpractice."
