I created this thread back in January to ask a a question about screenshots that were kicking around on 4chan supposedly showing posts from Ian McCollum of Forgotten weapons.

These were photoshopped, but the constant rumours eventually resulted in a story that McCollum had become head of security for the CHAS in Seattle.

This got a reaction of sorts from Ian, and he posted this.

After that, the thread quickly became dominated by discussion of Ian's former partner Karl Kasarda who will one day I'm sure have his own thread on Kiwi Farms.

It's also included Sinistral Rifleman's falling out with Something Awful. Questions about IV8888's schilling, as well doubts about Mark Novak's Gun Smithing ability.

I did find a /pol/ thread about that Fal video and the screenshot that you linked with the OP asking people to report his channel. Seems like gay ops to me.

Edit: I should mention that the thread was from a year ago so the screenshot is probably just floating about without context now

He denies being part of Antifa, not the John Brown Rifle club (an organisation I'd never heard of before today). I also remember an InrangeTV Q&A where he makes a reference to people open carrying while wearing 'racist T-shirts'. I think his politics when it comes to anything other than firearm ownership might be surprising to some people.

Basic research tells us that the John Brown Gun Club is a far-left flyover "militia" that openly opposes capitalism, racism and fascism while supporting Black Lives Matter, communism and LGBTWTFBBQ rights. Assuming Ian isn't joking, we can't confirm he's a member of Antifa, but we can confirm he's an anti-fascist and very likely politically-retarded.
