War Netanyahu tells Security Cabinet Israel must not be dragged into Soleimani killing - (Truly our Greatest Ally)

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Security Cabinet ministers Monday that the killing of Iranian Gen. Qasem Soleimani was carried out solely by the U.S. and that Israel was not involved in any way and must not be dragged into the escalating conflict, two ministers who attended the meeting told me.
Why it matters: Like other countries in the region, Israel is concerned that Iran will retaliate against it in order to avenge the killing of Soleimani.
  • Since Soleimani was killed last week, Netanyahu’s office ordered Cabinet ministers not to speak to the press about the issue in order to prevent public statements that might create the impression Israel was involved in the operation.
Details: According to the two ministers who attended the meeting, Netanyahu said, “The killing of Soleimani is a U.S. event, not an Israeli event, and we should stay out of it."
  • Netanyahu told ministers that the only thing they can say to the media if they are asked about the Soleimani killing is that Israel supports the U.S. and its right to defend itself.
The big picture: The director of Mossad and the head of military intelligence told ministers during the meeting that for now, the probability of an Iranian retaliatory attack against Israel is low and that "Israel stayed in a distance from the incident," ministers told me.
  • The intelligence chiefs told the Cabinet that Iran will start developing its retaliation on Tuesday, when the period of national mourning for Soleimani's death is over.

Here are some very interesting initial assessments re the killing of Soleimani. Keep in mind the Israelis deal with the Iranian threat every day, so I put credence in these assessments. Just providing a link. PDF is way too long to post here.

Didn't Iran already threaten to attack Israel in the wake of Soleimani's death?

Some people seem to forget that there are factors in Middle Eastern diplomacy which don't exist in civilized places, like honor and saving face.
Right now the Iranians are honor bound to make noise and blame everyone and their dog for it, so Israel taking a step back allows them to pretend like they had less to do with it although everyone can be pretty sure they had at least something to do with it. While the Iranians are pissed they probably don't want to escalate with the US, so they need a way out without losing face.

I heard some people say that intel thinks the Soleimani attack was a quid-pro-quo between Assad and Trump.

Wouldn't be surprised if so. Assad didn't want to defeat several paramilitaries if only to have another run by a foreign country in their own territory once again.

Can we kill more Shi'ite theocrats and just leave Iraq? I want to see Israel vs. Iran war in real time with modern tech like it's fucking Starcraft.

That's not how Iraq worked. If we go to war with Iran we'll lose thousands of young men and women, spend a trillion more dollars, import millions of refugees, and give ISIS/Al Qaeda another power vacuum to fill. Israel will sit on the sidelines and watch after playing a crucial role in goading us into it. That's how Iraq went down. Even the Israelis said they're afraid of war with Iran and want the US to "take the lead".

Can we just let these hooked nosed parasites and trigger happy sandniggers nuke each others?
Literally nothing of value will be lost if that region turns into a glass sculpture.
Honestly I'm convinced the entire Middle East Conflict is just a giant dog and pony show to get aid from dumb humanitarians in America and Europe. Why would they ever dare stop their crazy feuds when that would stop the free money?

I can guarantee that all the places Tourists go to visit will continue being safe and desirable, from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv. That's why they all freaked out when Trump said he'll bomb Iran's cultural sites. If that happened where would the pampered Swede Tourists go when they wanted to show off to everyone how beautiful Iran is?
