I remember a really good TCC pastebin that had a whole bunch of assorted posts/sagas related to some crazy research drug that made everyone black out and do crazy shit.

Like one dude got high, and then the a few days later a grand piano was delivered to his apartment that he ordered while blacked out. Also several posters posting about losing days/weeks with no recollection, and just waking up in the hospital handcuffed to the bed

There used to be a thread in ADTRW for hentai. The title of the thread didn't even try to mask the pedophilia as "lolicon" it explicitely asked for pedo hentai images. It was a popular thread on the subforum as well.

The patreon has lost double the amount of money in a week compared to what it's been losing monthly since it blew up. The fact that lowtax isn't screeching about this makes me think that he's still getting substantial income from the site/forum somehow or some other source like his mother. The motherfucker is paying a divorce lawyer on top of whatever tax and medical shit is still around, not to mention booze and pills.

A year or so back during one of his abloo-bloo-boo visits to the forums to e-beg, he let slip that the forums bring in about 3x their operating budget. Now tbf that's trusting the word of pillhead, but seems reasonable.
Back in 2014 or so, SA's banner ads alone were pulling 20-30K a year, but that with someone reasonably competent & not an ambien junkie running advertiser relations; SA's ad guy had ideas about how to increase that number, but Lowtax was opposed to anything that required work or effort on his part increasing the presence of ads on his forums and seemed happy with the then current revenue.

There's ton of "Jooce" stories, all of them some variation of "Help I tried phenazepam for the first time 2 weeks ago. Those two weeks are now a complete blackout. I've lost my job, I'm being evicted, there is a warrant out my arrest, and my parents won't answer my calls, I don't remember anything!"

But my favorite goon drug story is still the guy who tries Angel's Trumpet, a plant that produces universally bad trips, chewing-off-your-own-tongue bad. and just decides he's going to do some - while he's watching his kids, with no dosing guidance.

Another good TCC saga was the tale of sunburnt_aphid. TCC used to have a thread specifically for and about heroin use, and one particular poster was an obvious addict who was slowly killing herself, destroying every vein she had by constantly shooting black tar. She ran out of usable veins and was starting to shoot into muscle groups, and they were leaking pus, and FYAD finally staged an intervention. I don't know what happened to her, but I do remember that almost every one of her posts ended with "I think I'm going to taper off after this" and she never did.

She also talked a lot about "coming into some money" here and there, which she of course immediately spent on more heroin. It was widely suspected that she worked as a prostitute.
