Vic wasn't addressing Manjawlo directly but from the way he's been talking I sense in his tone that he's got fire on his tongue and he's mad. What he said at 1:03 sounded like he's doesn't give a fuck if someone paid those bitches back in kind, who knows. But I am getting the impression that he's finally gonna be out for blood. There is only so far you can push a nice guy before they break out the battle axe despite him still trying to be positive.

Vic is the textbook embodiment of "Speak softly, but carry a big stick.". He trys to be as nice and as kind as humanly possible, even to those that wish him harm. But when push comes to shove, he shoves hard. Its a good way to live ones life, dont go out looking for a fight, but if a fight comes win it.
