Zoe should make a comic collaboration with Kiwi Farms. Goddess Mode reminds me of Spawn somewhat, with it's weird demon/witchery shit, the massive walls of text and edgy abstract art. She can only write OCs within already existing media.

I'm going to do my best to head off this particular misunderstanding at the curb, and point out in her tweet she only commented that she has a job at a company WITH an HR department (i.e. zoe finally got a job that isn't contract/gig work), not that she got a job IN the HR department.

That bit about supervisors being legally required to report incidents of harassment is told to everyone taking the training, probably because HR learned that harridans like Zoe will absolutely go around fabricating all sorts of rape-related drama
(for sympathy/personal promotion) while demanding no formal investigation took place to cover their ass, and the warning helps cut down on that by some hypothetical amount.
