Greece and other such misogynistic societies all died, partially because the excluded whole swaths of people from the decision making process. By being excluded you had societies that did not look out for the general well being of a majority of people and excluded their voices in the governing process. This led to often poor decision making that forced these civilization into eventual ruin. This also considerably shrunk the economy an made entire sections of it unproductive and unable to grow or develop. This leading to a persistent weight that dragged these misogynistic societies down to their inevitable demise.

My thought is that women should be included as equal partners in governance and the economy. That way you have a broader range of perspectives, potential markets and options that can create a more adaptive society that can persist longer.
