Yea because Corissa really gets a lot done in summer. I think most people sorta lean INTO work this time of year because in some counter-intuitive ways working makes the short gray days pass faster and you can get goals like "make ___ to go on spring break" or something like that.

Look, there are plenty of people who do have seasonal depression. It's a thing and I'll give them that. HOWEVER, most functional adults know this about themselves and preemptively take precautions whether it be medicine or change up in schedule or whatever. That convinces me more and more that these bitches don't understand their bodies at all. Someone I know had a lot of shit go down this time of year over the course of several years. A parent dying, a divorce, a sudden move to take care of a dying grandparent all within the same quarter of the year. She knows this time of year gets to her so she fucking sorts it out in advance. You carry the fuck on.

What gets me about these cunts is the absolute intolerance of self reflection and personal responsibility. There are tweens that have more self awareness. It's everyone else's fault because muh depression and muh eating disorder, bitch please.

Also, if I have to be subjected to Corrisa's horrific sad saggy tits one more time I may take my own seasonal depression out on myself.

I really can't imagine being so shallow and vapid that you set up a camera to document your "intimate and tender" moment together to put on social media. I don't even want to see fit, attractive people post stuff like this. Can we please go back to adults acting like actual adults and keeping their sex lives private? It's really just about less daylight hours. One of the treatments for SAD is light therapy. Either a light that mimics sunlight or even sometimes tanning beds. I have it and those have been recommended for me. It really isn't full blown depression, usually. It's just mild and manifests more as being tired than weepy or down. The worst thing you can do is to stay in bed or even stay indoors all day. You need more exposure to light to feel better. You can take medicine for it, too, but some time in the sun (a nice walk when the sun is out) does more good than pills. At least for me anyway.
