No it's not. It's protected by the First Amendment. It might be prohibited by zoning codes or other regulations, or if you're in a homeowner's association, but only if other similar flags would be banned.

But he's got screenshots from discord coming from the really trustworthy guy that we just finished running off of the forums for likely being a double agent. No one would make a fake account on discord and join an unsecured/no SA authentication discord and just pretend to be someone else for lulz - who would lie like that? Certainly no one from FYAD, they hate it when they make drama on the main forums - espically now when they've got all this newfound free time on their hands.

Besides, it's just going to the SA mods who never leak anything to thier friends and are extremely trustworthy (please ignore the mod we just ran out for being extremely untrustworthy and his mod friends going to bat for him despite screenshots of him posting problematic shit and then also please ignore every person who has ever modded SA ever). It's not like SA Mods/Admins are losers and/or grifters and they should absolutely be sent what could be forum user's personal information because it's possible they said bad words elsewhere.

I know that HOA flag codes dictate the color of the flags you can fly. So if it dictates that the flag must be red, white, and blue, you have to make part of the nazi flag blue.

HOAs are in a weird position of being able to regulate speech that is ordinarily protected under the First Amendment because, in theory, you voluntarily belong to one.
