If I had to guess, he likes for them to know it is him doing it. He likes to remind them that he is still earning from this and they cannot financially destroy him for calling people fat or stupid. I cant remember where lemonman said it, but yeah he mentioned he deals with TCPA and then when appealed, someone else deals with that. The fact that this is his first actual TCPA victory(unless appeals ruins that for him) made that statement funnier.
