You can say it was corruption or whatever and his you're a super elite law student who knows more, but in reality the suit was thrown out by someone employed as an expert in the field.

You can argue further on this, but in all honesty like I said, I'm a layman. I get enough of the law talk in the russel greer thread (and I recommend reading it to see why suing the farms goes nowhere and why you should quit whole you're ahead... Or behind. Better late than never)

I could almost feel sorry for her if she would refrain from normalizing physical and sexual assault. You know where I stand. She has spoken of her spouse hitting her as " seeing her as an * equal*", ignoring the high percentage of women who are killed by abusive male spouses who use nothing but their hands or feet. A man hitting a woman is not equal unless the woman is holding a baseball bat. I feel so awful for her kids.

What's even more frightening is that both Marshall and Melinda has a sovereign citizen level view of laws, both expressing contempt for their legitimacy and the state that enforces them. This means they will resist state intervention, actively shun it, and Melinda will continue to let it all it happen because she's been Stockholmed into seeing domestic abuse as normal.

The scariest part is the kids involved, they are at the mercy of two people who aren't all there and who treat laws and social decorum as suggestions to be regarded with contempt.
