A new forum also wouldn't have a population of "non-marginalized" posters they can terrorize at will to feel better about themselves. Handing them a shiny new forum, server costs paid years in advance, so they can enact their ideal woke safe space utopia would be the worst thing anyone could do to them. They'd be at each others throats without anyone else to attack, because for all the "uwu we are so supportive of each other" talk, that's all they really want.

All these suggestions are unbelievably pointless because none of it will fix the underlying problem of SA lacking any real direction, nothing will ever be enough.

You agree to the terms when you buy the house. It's usually on the deed. An HOA can't just form and assume jurisdiction on your house.

Someone online I talked to years ago kept getting writeups for HOA violations but his house was not part of the HOA so he would leave trash on his lawn to piss them off.
