Under the law (which you may already know?), you can't sue a judge in a judicial capacity for a ruling. My only recourse is to (potentially) report the judge through the judicial complaint process.

I reached this conclusion because Rule 9(e) mandates that pleadings shall be construed to secure justice. As I demonstrated in my appeals, the judge did not apply all relevant case law to the pleadings. Therefore, the pleadings were both construed to secure justice. If the pro-se forms mandate that a pro-se litigant cannot cite laws, that does not mean the judge can just omit relevant case law, which is what the judge did.

Additionally, as I noted in my Sup. Court petition, the Appeals court misquoted my appeal statement.

The lower courts also did not apply relevant case law which mandates that if a pleading has enough factual content, it should move to the discovery phase.
