Edit. The commission was posted August 3rd 2019. Based on the level of detail, I'd say it could be a 2 to 4 week project. Allegedly, the artist is friends with Sam, so I'd suggest looking for social media posts around that timeframe.
Edit 2. The artist from before has done loads of art, FOR Sam. Definitely a person of interest.
