I got through about the first two minutes and stopped. He says Twitter investigated the fifteen posts with him being the only common factor (aside form Nick) and decided I was engaging in hateful conduct; he, however, ignores that the system is automated and thus is easily gameable--in fact, he claimed in October, I believe, that he regularly deletes his Twitter so that ISWV can't "mass flag" his account. I stopped watching at that point.
EDIT:
At the 8 minute mark, he admits to having filed the initial privacy complaint despite saying he doesn't report people for ToS violations, and that he also intends to file another for the second video on the subject. Too bad Bitchute don't care, hm? And a few people are archiving said videos with my permission.

So according to JMK, my source for the screenshot is Seattle4Truth.
You know, the same S4T who was sentenced to 17 years in prison...in 2018.
Since no one's posted since I did, I'll give him a response to some of his claims, just not the video response he was hoping for:
1.) "Innocent until proven guilty": Rich coming from a guy who said that because so many women have come out to claim Vic sexually assaulted them, then he's very likely a sexual predator (senpai's stream, don't have the time stamp off-hand).
2.) Justifies homophobic slur against Kek, says Kek is still on his server and thus I'm disingenuous: The screenshot came from your server, which you admit. And since you banned me from your server I cannot confirm that he's still there, nor do I care, I made a rational inference based on you saying he could "come back" when he got help.
3.) Admits to filing privacy complaints: Rich, considering he'd said previously he doesn't file reports for violations of the Terms of Service, but then at 8 minutes in admits he did and will do so again to shut down videos critical of him. What's more, the rational inference of him reporting my Discord comes from Discord itself, and his gloating about it in his server. What's more, the Twitter suspension had only his account linked in the replies, and since Nick's account as banned, there is no reason to believe he did it. That leaves, literally, only JMK as the likely culprit. Since you lied previously about reporting people who hurt your feefees, it's a logical and rational conclusion that you did it as well, given your previous actions.
4.) ISWV are hypocrits for "listening and believing" my position: No, I've actually had a lot of people question me about the validity of the initial video, hence why I put out a second video linking you directly to the handle UJDaedalus. Man, that's a lot of listen and believe from ISWV going on, when they were the ones most critical of me.
5.) Even if the screenshots are real, I can't prove he made the posts: Well by that logic I guess since there's no proof we actually landed on the moon we didn't land there, did we? And I guess since there's no "real proof" that OJ killed his wife then he idn't do it, right?
6.) Source being S4T: Yes, my source is a guy who was sentenced in 2018 to 17 years in the slammer. 100%, you caught me and the autistic illuminati that S4T runs from behindbars, like the mafia Don you're afraid he is.

I'm going to cover something that happened today, and I'm going to apologize in advance if it seems like it's wishy-washy or not clear. Under legal advice it is being done this way.
Over the weekend I was informed by my friend in the Boston field office that two agents would be visiting me today to talk over the stuff that I had provided in the JMK videos. To cover my ass as I am a firm believer in doing so, I had my lawyer present. The agents were cordial and nice and explained a few things to me that I can't repeat due to paperwork I signed at the time. They requested that I take down my videos on the subject; after I said that would go against my position and make me appear to be covering my ass because of defamation and the like, they said that was immaterial and they were only asking to begin with because I was, in no way, a suspect in anything. However, they did show me a court order allowing them to take my electronics and to go through them as I may have "material information". I know what that sounds like and any inference is yours alone, I am not saying anything beyond that. I then agreed to do so under one condition: if my FOIA remains unanswered by May I would be allowed to put the videos back up. I have that agreement signed by the head agent and my attorney is keeping it at the moment in her office.
Some things they showed me (again, NDA) confirmed some suspicions but now I have a few new questions. Suffice it to say this is not as simple as it first sounded, and even the FOIA may not have asked the right questions. If I file a new one asking for anything related to what I was shown, then our agreement is off, they will officially serve me with the order and take my electronics as they will consider it a breach of the papers I signed governing the disclosure of what I saw. I am hamstringed but hopefully this will provide a lot more information on all of this.
Any further messages I may want to put out on this matter will have to be looked over by my attorney first to make sure I don't screw anything up.
And for the record, no, JMK did not call the cops or the FBI or try to SWAT me. This was something not exactly routine, it was triggered by having my friend hand deliver the FOIA request apparently.
