High quality movies typically cost in the hundreds of thousands or in the millions. A high quality movie version could probably be made for less than 100 thousand but i think it would cost many thousands of dollars to produce. Probably at least $50,000. It wpuld tell the story of Melinda's life from a sympathetic point of view. Tell of her early childhood and early adulthood, her conversion to her religion, her sincere conviction, her passionate drive for social justice, and tell the story of her relationships, her plight as a single mother, her search for the excellent husband, her academic pursuits, as well as highlight family drama and drama with friends and acquaintances. At the middle of the movie would be the introduction of the socalled stalker who in the movie would be presented in a creepy way to highlight melindas perspective/perception of events, so that the audience would empathize with her experience. The legal battles would be depicted as well as the abusive aspects of her relationship with marshall. Then the story will take an unexpected turn entering the realm of fiction, prezenting the ideal end situation for Melindas life. Confrontation of the socalled stalker in a courtroom, forgiveness, healing, and discovering true happiness as a single woman who doesnt need a man to be happy. In the end, Melinda and me become distant friendly aquaintances and she follows her dreams and pursuits and i make full restitution in a way which satisfies her sense of justice.
Perhaps a sequel could tell the same story from my perspective.

At this point even if you full on broke the law somehow by using her character, I don't think she's smart enough to file a complaint correctly. She can't even file a coherent complaint that passes the clerk, and that's near impossible to do since the bar for it to get chucked out like that is really low; like I could write a BS complaint in crayon on a napkin and I'd think it'd pass the clerk level of dumb.
She fucked up the CnD just by talking to you by the way, and since it was enforced, she can get a lot more trouble from that.

You know that restraining order (cease and desist) she has on you? Her messaging you afterwards and begging money violates that. Since she went to the courts to enforce it, that's a bad idea since she can be hit with penalties herself.
It'd be less of a deal if she went to the police to get it, but she didn't.

So to be clear the restraining order ended in february 2019. It was only a 2 year order.
She decided not to renew it, deciding it better for her if we made peace. So she reached out to me in feb 2019 shortly after it ended, initially in a hostile manner publicly, but when i replied in private message, we talked peacefully and reached a peace truce. So her and mine arrangement did not violate any court orders or do anything illegal.
She months later joined a messianic singles group and asked if anyone could help her financially because she was in a bind financially due to the end of her relationship. I reached out to her suggested to her i send her money for restitution in line with her beliefs, and she said she had to think about it due to the potential implications if it didnt go well, and after some initial hesitation she decided yes she would take the money from me. It was going well for two 2.5 months. Then she broke our agreement by being shady and me refusibg to sign a notarized contract made her end our agreement and truce.

A restraining order is an actual order from a court you can go to jail for disobeying.
A C&D is just an angry letter from someone or their lawyer. You can tell them to go fuck themselves, generally.

You realize she decided not to renew the order because her and Marshall concocted an evil plan to extort 18,000 from you because you're mentally ill. Marshall bought a truck with the money and laughed at you while doing so. If you send her more money its going towards Marshall's butt plug and meth fund.

Take a look at all her posts here that i labelled dumb, disagree, and one or two as horrifying. A large number. I'm giving my honest reactions. Thunk provoking is my reaction when she says something which is interesting which i may agree with some stuff or which i think is a thoughtful interesting contribution to make people think. As for the pregnancy, if you do some research you will see some experts actually are saying now that absolute avoidance of alcohol during pregnancy is not necessary and that the risks are exaggerated. My stance is its safe to drink alcohol while pregnant but only in low amounts.

In my opinion i am convinced that its safe in low amounts. For those not convinced or worried about their ability or self control to drink safe amounts i urge them to be extra cautious and avoid the risk. If the same me i am now had been born a woman, and i loved alcohol, most likely i would not drink during the first two trimesters but then the third trimester id drink in low amounts. I believe extra precaution must be taken during pregnancy especially during the first two trimesters. I also believe sex during pregnancy is harmful and dangerous and is the cause of a high degree of miscarriages in the first trimester. Rough sex even more so.
I make sure people are well educated and make the decision themselves. Like with vaccines. I oppose them however its absurd to think they havent helped save lives and that they dont have pros. I just think their cons are underemphasized and overlooked. and i think the cons outweigh the pros of vaccines. However in my view some antivax science is crap. For example the idea that it causes autism. There is no known evidence for a physical cause of autism and i also reject that anti vax argument because i think autism doesnt exist. I think instead poor parenting exists as well as bad environment and bad circumstances. All these cause developmental abnormalities which can lead to what we call autism. But really autistic people are autistic because inferior nurturing. Perhaps also brain trauma can also cause similar inferior nurturing. anyways thats my gist.
