The Stonewall Riots happened in 1969. Gay marriage wasn't legally recognized in the United States until the early 2000's. It was still, in point of fact, the Supreme Court, not trans women of color throwing bricks through windows, that granted it. And even way back then I'll bet a solid majority of the groups that organized were white people and a whole lot were gay men. The poster is just reinforcing the progressive stack while agitating for rioting as a way to get what you want, in an extremely unrealistic way at that.
According to 1990s pop culture stereotypes, white people can't fight (unless they learn Asian martial arts). So if you get your worldview from TV & music videos from the formative years of most 30 year old SJWs it makes perfect sense that it took some black spirit to turn those limp-wristed white simps into a threat to the System.
