If this 'dude' legitimately wasn't Phil and legitimately wanted to be left alone, the easiest thing in the world would have been to just DM the new account and say "Hey, I understand who you think I am because of the name, but I am not Phil Burnell. How do we go about getting my WWE Champions server left alone and demonstrating I'm a different dude so we can put this in the past?"
This is how a normal fucking person would go about trying to rectify a legitimate case of mistaken identity.
Instead what we get is the second Phil turns off his stream the offending new user is b& and after being b& is sent a message calling them an idiot, no questions, no 'Hey, what's going on new fren, you know wassup wit dis?', then the entire server is put in lockdown (think 'followers only' mode), then a henchman (think 'Twitch mod') is sent forth to tell the scapegoat 'MAKE EVERYTHING STOP! You're wrong! This isn't the dude you think! Go away, lalalalala can't hear you!' you k'now, like what a liar in panic mode who doesn't have the full story would tell his underling to say ('It's YOUR fault! YOU did this! It's YOUR fuck-up so YOU have to fix this!') you know, like some kind of huge pussy who can't deal with confrontation or keep a lie straight to save their life. Now who does this sound like?
If the server has been locked-down, and all the new people who joined were taken care of, why the need to message the person you b& that 'It's not the streamer dude, it's a different dude!'? There isn't one, just do nothing and it will blow over if you don't want to deal with it.
If the dude has set his Discord account messaging to 'Friends Only', and all the new people have been locked-out, why does he need people to stop messaging him? He's already not receiving anymore unwanted messages and won't because the server has been taken care of. Why would some random person be this afraid of having received some messages calling them DSP. . .when their screen-name is literally 'TheyCallMeDSP'?
Edit: And as
@Murmur said if this were a deep colon-level cover detractor in the midst of some Bronsgeest style ops, when discovered they wouldn't DFE, they would do something like RP as Phil as long as possible to cause as much agony as they could to hurt his donations all the way through tax season. I think that theory is out the window for the most part.
