It's not what the program does or offers, it's how you, the artist, uses it.
Like with Kate, with her fancy Cintiq and photoshop - she's still shit at art. Having the fancy/expensive/'pwofessional' programs means nothing if you're shit at the basics.
Most fantastic artists I know use SAI and can do WONDERS with it, and on a simple ol' Bamboo or Intuos.
I've seen incredible art done with fucking MS PAINT. Or cheap supermarket brands felttips.

Here's an actual tip for beginner artists when it comes to starting digitally, if you have the money I recommend getting an small intuos with bluetooth (not the pro versions, but the ones that replace the bamboo as beginner tablets) because they're around 80 euros where i live, they come with 2 year licenses for clip studio paint AND coral painter. Also CSP is free on iPhone for those who have it.
Otherwise, there are plenty of cracked versions of SAI out there, there's firealpaca, krita, GIMP (not a great choice tho).
You dont need fancy shmancy equipment unless you truly work in the industry and even then the company generally pays for licenses.

Japan didn't outlaw the possession of child porn until 2014. 6 years ago. They literally have cafes where grown men can pay to hang out with underage girls. And it's basically been more or less proven that a lot of these places are more or less underage prostitution rings as they can pay for "walking dates" away from the cafe and what happens on these dates is up to the girl and it often leads to sex for cash, and the police do absolutely nothing about it despite knowing about it.
The entire country is infested with pedophiles from the top down. 2 nukes was nowhere near enough.

According to her Patreon, the last page she posted was on December 31st. She's posted other unrelated art since then. I think most likely she's stretched too thin to put out regular pages with her doing slave labor for all of Jason's projects.
