I have nothing good to say about reddit. Its format for propagating content is worthless.

IMO, Reddit in its entirity is a bit too big to have its own thread, I think we're better off making threads for specific lulzy subreddits like r/TheRedPill and r/DarkEnlightenment.

I do agree that reddit is quite large to really call it a lolcow community and I'm hoping someone would bring up a single subreddit to the topic discussion where we can start off with. I do believe /r/TheRedPill might be somewhere to start because this is where 'beta males' bitch about not having a girl and 'alpha males' tell of their conquests and with posting gems such as:

I suppose right now this is more of a showcase Weird/Unbelievable/Batshit Insane subreddits?

Some content on reddit is pretty good. I didn't really know how deep the rabbit hole could go before seeing this thread and learning about Holden, however.

This is true, but there a bunch of smaller subreddits that deserve mention but not their own threads. If anything, this thread should be renamed to something like "reddit General".

A "Porn" Subreddit is basically devoted to sharing beautiful images- yes there have been a lot of misconceptions and yes, there is "AnimalPorn" and "PeoplePorn."

So, yeah not the best suffix to add.

I browse Reddit occasionally, but I pretty much stick to the same five subreddits that have entertaining posts and people who don't act like complete asshats. Other than that, the rest of the site is pretty shitty. If you can manage to find a few quality subreddits and ignore the rest, it's actually pretty fun.

I like Reddit. I tend to browse /r/smashbros/ and occasionally I browse subreddits like /r/BlackPeopleTwitter/ for humor.

However, there is an ugly part of the place, depending on where you go.

edit: Like /r/TalesfromSecurity I find highly entertaining just because it's so outside anything I'd ever encounter. Not a very busy sub though.
