man if you cant prove damages and malice of what the defendants have done to vics reputation from this, i dont know how else you prove it.

conventions paying voice actors to run vics name through the dirt might just be the most disgusting thing yet.

just look at what the defendants have created, they have imprinted the words pedophile, creep, rapist, and sexual assaulter on vics forehead with there disgusting twists and spins of the narrative in there stories.

just remember this is all over a kiss and a hair rustle

absolute fucking scum of the earth

I still blame Chumpp for giving them that second wind. The defendants and KickVic were practically in the dirt and then when he Chumpped up that first hearing they started parading around and flexing as though this was over.

Reminds me of a certain Ace Attorney character.

hoh wow a fucking shota lover. Color me surprised.
It's probably based on yaoi doujins she's read before. It was made when the yaoi fangirls were getting older and realizing how cringey they acted as teens; then they started becoming critical about what they were actually reading. Now there's antis who dislike yaoi for having "problematic themes" such as abuse, forced sex, and shota. Because of this, they re-branded and made a new term for gay shipping called MLM aka Men loving Men. They claim they aren't fetishizing gay men by using terms like MLM, but it's obvious that it's the same shit with a different name.

One of they many things that makes yaoi fangirls/shippers so hated is that they honestly think getting off to art of gay men fucking makes them LGBT activists. On top of that they act creepy towards real gay couples or even straight men who have close friends. So it didn't surprise me when the rumors about Vic being "homophobic" originated from yaoi fangirls. Plus they would force yaoi art, videos, and audio onto girls as young as 9 years old (it would usually be their younger sister) and brag about it online. It bothers me how male anime fans get so much shit for being "creepy", but I haven't heard of any dude forcing a child to watch hentai.

In my opinion, it seems like the female anime fans are a lot more creepier and predatory. But no one thinks to call them out because women are always the victim and never the perpetrator.

Just wanna mention there are five women in this photo
Manjaw can’t distinguish between actual assaults and just a friendly hug, she also seems to think she’s attractive...do you really think her eyes are functional enough to distinguish gender?
Manjaw has no room to talk about “body odor”, considering the stench she and her friends leave behind in their wake.
She’s so used to cat piss and mildew smells that the scent of a fully bathed human is alien to her.

I’m also betting that AWL has a bigger role in this whole fiasco than a lot of us think, because if what Mekel says is true, this goes beyond the usual Funimation suspects. I hope Nick covers this tonight.
Wasn't Kamoshidouglas/D.C. Dickless allegedly involved in making one of the bullshit affidavits for one of the accusers? I've already gotten suspicious of others.

one of those replies is quite ... special

"imagine if you did intervew her you could have landed with a false accusation. Dodge a bullet there"

isn't that cute ... they seem to think one must have had an interaction with the crazy one before the crazy one would lodge (false) accusations.

Memology made a video about Amanda's shit show of a "roast".

If you look down in the comments you can find Mekel Kasanova. The guy that invited Vic to HawaiiCon.

Makes one wonder if those threats they sent Mekel through dms are one of the things Nick is keeping secret for now. Just to drop them with some other shit later in case Vic loses his case.

When Vic decides to open his own studio, he would've a hard time finding VA.
because everyone who would work for Vic would blacklist himself form a decent amount of other projects.

I doubt pseudonyms would've helped for bigger names, but it might for those just breaking into the industry.

It's hard to use pseudonyms when people can hear you,
but the issue is bigger. Which company would give their projects to a bunch of nameless newbies?
known names aren't necessarily better, but they are proven and give a sense of security.
Who would you prefer (the lawsuit aside)?
The company which offers Vic and unproven newcomers.
OR
The company which offers a whole set of experienced VA's who already spoke a lot of successful projects?

It doesn't matter how good of a Voice Actor or Voice Director (?) he is,
he will have a hard time to get serious business without serious names to back it up,
and he will have a hard time to get serious names.
