How are land value taxes where he lives? If we consider that LowT resides in a shithole that is overpriced in the records selling his house and moving out may be a wise choice both for reducing the cashflow out of his wallet and improving his networth, but I'd doubt that he's able to make good choices at this point, booze and benzos are making him dumber than he already is and all the paperwork required to do it is actual work, something that LowT is allergic to.
