Why is it a problem for a person to receive a hug from someone who's work they admire? It's a sign of appreciation from that person, that could mean the world to some people. Stop trying to ban physical contact.
What's next, sending a parent to jail for hugging their child? An aunt for kissing their nephew on the cheek? Emergency services giving CPR? Tapping someone on the shoulder to get their attention. What a super fun and lovely nazi regime everyone is creating.

To my recollection they didn’t mention anyone by name, but I haven’t listened to it for a long time.

If I remember right Vic had 3 panels that weekend. I saw the videos at the time, they may still be available on some of the ISWV YouTube channels or the people who mirror them. The easy answer is Vic didn’t talk much about the case at all and didn’t mention anyone by name for sure. There was a moment when a fan asked Vic for a hug or kiss and he was very reticent about it, his handler stood in for him. I’m surprised they never made a big deal about that. It was rather tragic in my opinion. These people have ruined a lot with their lies, even for the fans.

Also, projection. I think it pisses them off that, between the "principal figures" and "the fans", only KV's side requires the principals to engage in shitty behavior to keep the movement going. For ISWV to have a "win", all they need is for Vic to show up at a random shop and 700 people have a good time. KV requires cancellations, lies, or inflicting pain to get a win.
Vic has asked for positivity and understanding in every single recorded statement or address to his fans. If anyone was going to try to "heal" the community, that's the way to go about it. But KV has yet to do anything but call for more harassment, cancellations, and drama. The only way they can justify it is to apply whataboutism and make bad-faith demands.
