This man has no idea how deranged he sounds. He’s literally accusing the guy who wrote Father Ted of gang stalking. What a world we live in.

Did CHELSAY really promise housing to her unpaid troons or is that just more gnonsense?
I'm more alarmed by the claims that she was 'personally' taking medical triage courses. Something tells me that Jake had ideas that Nurse Zoe would be the one taking care of him forever and ever.

Jake has made the claim before but I don't know if there's any other evidence. I wonder if anyone else who blew the whistle on CON mentioned housing...

Jake's not the only troon to have mentioned this so I expect that there may have been vague promises that if CON could attract enough paid clients or secure funding then its "members" might end up with paid positions of some kind. It's a fairly common path for community organisations to take, although initial staffing is always minimal and it takes years of growth before you can offer multiple part-time positions, let alone full-time.

I expect the vision was that CON would attract high profile, paying clients who would provide a cash flow. Bennies like housing subsidies, health care, etc may well have been promised, even if those promises were unrealistic given the lack of any financial means to provide them and the large number of "volunteers" involved.

I'm also not sure that Chelsea "promised" in any meaningful way. While Chelsea isn't above making empty promises, Jake takes a lot of things extremely literally and even a simple "if CON ever has the money I would look at..." type statement would be taken as an iron-clad commitment by Jake.

Nobody reasonable would believe such claims that there would somehow be magic money out of some ludicrous nonprofit that somehow existed to take calls from people complaining that someone called them fat and that this could feed and house a bunch of troons.

With him having the mind of child I would really like to know what he imagined the pay and housing to be, his fantasy of it. He might have thought that he was on the ground floor of an up and coming Silicon Valley startup(chelsea being on the twitter safety team, chelsea being at the UN) that would be hugely important going forward and modeled his expectations according to that. He completely missed that everything was made to propel his waifu upwards.

Oh the irony.

What I never understood is why they were talking to Twitter safety and why Jake seems to think of this "job" as being on Twitter itself, when it was all about stuff they seemed to only ever find on 8chan.

None of Jake's big groundbreaking articles talk about all the gore and child porn and Nazis on Twitter, stuff you totally can find on there, it's all about 8chan. Sometimes stuff loosely connected to 8chan like Breitbart via six degrees of paranoia. He doesn't even talk about it on Facebook other than a curious mention like Reddit sometimes, when Facebook is a site the FBI/law enforcement/the government/multiple governments/etc. all actually seem to care about.

He was just like compiling all this for... blackmail purposes? I don't know, I've spent too much time thinking about what a dude who doesn't understand either the internet or the law thinks he was doing for months. Or why he gave up when this threat is clearly more dangerous than ever. You can put a price on the safety of all humanity, Jake!

Because it was never about fighting child porn or any of that, it was about winning Gamergate. And the way you win Gamergate (in Jake's mind) is by getting people kicked off your favorite social media.

JAKE: I’m being targeted by terrorists! 8chan are terrorists! KF is a terrorist organisation! Glinner is a terrorist!

ALSO JAKE: People keep making baseless claims about me being a terrorist! I can’t believe they’re doing that!

It highlights how little imagination this gnome has. None of these people are terrorists. Nobody thinks he’s a terrorist. It’s just that that’s his current “bad thing.”

I guess the idea is that he convinces people that the reason no one likes him is because they think he’s a terrorist, but clearly he isn’t. But compared to that, being clingy and demanding is nothing, right? So you have to be his friend.

He still can't figure out that the reason he gets sympathy for "having to" block hundreds of people a day is that people find this to be at least sort of plausible given the general dumpster fire that is Twitter, but that they tune out as soon as he talks about walking away from his career and social circle and how people are openly plotting his assassination because they realize he's a crazy person.

He doesn't realize that this is an indication he's told too big a whopper, something most kids prone to fabulism would have figured out by age 8. When you tell a lie for sympathy and everyone coughs and excuses themselves and can't wait to get away, it doesn't mean they ran out of empathy, just credulity.
